My experience at cottman was great to say the least. Was greeted by the manager (Larry) I explained my problem, I was quoted a estimate which I found very reasonable, after shopping around. And had my car ready when he said it would be. I belive in supporting my local businesses. This is one business that will be taking care of all my care needs in the future.

Larry is a great guy always pleasant. Never have a problem after I get my cars back.

Serpentine belt first visit was fitted fine. Brakes this visit. Made an appointment easily and the work was completed to our satisfaction. Price seems to be competitive. I'll be back -- hopefully not too soon.

Great service. Brought my car in for brakes and was pointed out right away arm link was broke. I visually saw it. I just wish I had asked to see old rotors that I needed too. They seem pretty honest but brakes not grabbing like I think/feel they should. Just not sure if brand new rotors. My fault, should have asked for old ones to see. Otherwise, nice gentlemen and done in few hours

It is hard to find a good mechanic, especially if you are a woman. I've have found one with Cottman of Woodbury Heights. Larry is honest and extremely customer centric. They are efficient, reasonably priced and PRIDE themselves on their exceptional customer service. This was my second time I used them and i knew i could trust them to do the job right! I am so pleased with the professional service I have received from Cottman of Woodbury Heights, NJ. This was the second time in two weeks that I had a problem come up with one of my vehicles (I own three). With just a single phone call, The problem was solved, taken care of and the vehicle back in my use. I still can't believe how great they were. If I had taken them to the dealership, I'd still be waiting. Cottman of Woodbury Heights is the place to go when you need service done to your vehicles. Thanks again.

Have dealt with Cottman Woodbury quite successfully. Larry and Ozzie always ready to help. Most recently, a broken cable disabled me. Larry towed my truck to their shop within 2 hours and returned it the same day. Fair price too.

"The Best of The Best." My wife and I were out shopping when our vehicle broke down right in front of the Cottman of Woodbury Heights' garage. Larry and the employees at the garage wasted no time in getting our problem solved. They assistant with getting us a ride back home to Philadelphia and, within a week we had our vehicle back, just as they had promise. They took great care of us in our time of need. Worth making the trip from Philadelphia to New Jersey for all of our vehicle's repairs from here on out (and we will). We thank God for the team of employees at Cottman of Woodbury Heights. So happy that I decided to have my car brought to Cottman of Woodbury. Service was prompt and courteous. The issue with my car was diagnosed and I was updated quickly. I am very thankful for the great service and repairs. They made a stressful situation much easier to resolve!

Took my '02 F-150 there a few years back and it needed a new transmission. They rebuilt it and it's running great and just passed 100,000 on the new trans. Recently thought I heard a noise in the tranny, took it there, and they found a loose plastic cover from the gas tank flapping around causing the noise. Overall, I trust the guys in the shop to be honest with me and the fact that the rebuilt trans lasted longer than the original speaks to their mechanical skills

they picked up my car late monday afternoon, I called in my deposit late tuesday morning and had a used engine in my car and delivered by noon sat.

This was my second time leaving my vehicle in their care. Both times my vehicle has come back to me running better, sounding better, and overall feeling better. They're professional, quick, and friendly. It seems many places nowadays will charge you $200 plus labor to "change your turn signal fluids", but this is no such place. They're an honest business and they've made another repeat customer out of me.
