Multiple orders and deliveries when moving house and they quality of the furniture and delivery teams have all been exceptional.

The furniture is fantastic quality and from placing the order until delivery I was kept up to date on progress via email, I will definitely go back when it's time to purchase furniture again

The staff I engaged with at Cotswold Company have all been brilliant in helping my search for my perfect sofa, but special thanks go to Khrystyna in Stamford and Majbritt in Stow-on-the-Wold stores, for helping me get it right, and Ryan and Chris for their care and helpfulness in delivering and placing it in the house. The furniture looks fabulous and is as comfortable as it looks, thanks to the wonderful team who made it. Very happy customer.

Saffron was so helpful. Not a pushy sales person, but genuine and thoughtful about what we asking. She helped us make it a really enjoyable shopping experience for a new three piece suite.

The furniture was delivered on date and time. This delivery was by a third party. We had had two previous delivery some weeks before by the Cotswolds company own delivery trucks. The products were large so the Cotswold guys unboxed outside the front door to reduce bulk, process the packaging as they were taking it away. They then more easily carried the furniture inside and were more readily able to position it.
The third party delivered a kitchen bookcase/cupboard. They insisted on deboxing in my hall saying it was their company policy. It left them little room to remove the furniture from the box. They hit the hall light twice and I had to stand between them and my hall grandfather clock.
To my surprise and dismay they had no specialist Stanley knife-like tools to open the box. They used bare hands to rip it and had difficulty breaking the string duct tape. It was messy but eventually they achieved it although it was challenging to through out the masses of card board and materials covering my floor.
Did they do a good job? Well yes we got the furniture through the door and situated. But I think these two guys were let down by their company who did not supply the basic deboxing tools, and were too rigid in insisting on deboxing indoors.

Gary and Jake delivered our furniture. They were respectful, polite and extremely efficient.

This is the second time I have ordered from the Cotswold Company. My first purchase was a larder which I am delighted with. Therefore I was happy to order again. This time for a dressing table for my bedroom and a wardrobe for the spare bedroom.
The two men who delivered them were very helpful and the wardrobe was put together and situated exactly where I required it. They cleared away all the packaging and left everything clean and tidy.

Paid over £2000 in full for furniture. The first three items to be delivered within 10 days. The second item to be 5 to 6 weeks.
First delivery was missing the desk. Was told they would contact me to sort this out. They didn't. I had to ring them they assured me they would sort out the problem and confirm within a day or two. They didn't. I understand problems happen with this company their administrative incompetence is your problem to sort out not theirs. The 5 to 6 weeks for one of the items changed to 14 to 16 weeks within days of accepting my payment in full. Online customer service take days to respond and then require me to complete their administrative work for them.

We have just bought two Rustic Oak wardrobes and a 7-drawer chest of drawers from Cotswold's Stow on the Wold showroom.
The whole experience has been superb.
Paul, who served us at the showroom, was very patient and gave us splendid advice, and Siu-Pai and Ian who delivered and assembled the furniture this morning were really friendly and highly efficient, and coped with the lack of parking space admirably!
We are delighted with the result and the pieces look even better than we expected.

Everyone was very helpful without being too pushy. They left us to look at the product they answered all of our questions very quickly very directly. They helped us compare various products and made helpful suggestions leading us to a purchase.

Good quality furniture and sofas. Delivery men arrived in time slot advised and have been very helpful in moving furniture to put in the items purchased and taking away any packaging with them.

Ordered a bed and some bedside tables, and was impressed by the quality and the service. Shop staff were friendly, the quality of the items is good and where assembly was needed it was straightforward, and Graeme and Siu-pai did a good job of getting a large bed frame up some narrow stairs (and very politely took their shoes off while doing so, which was much appreciated!)
