Very efficient. Regular updates on delivery, everything executed as promised

The shop was full of so many lovely things which made it difficult to choose items from. I then wanted some more cushions like the one I chose; I rang and a very helpful lady arranged for them to be sent to me by post. An all round great experience.

Really helpful staff who despite what we wanted showing as discontinued went the extra mile to double check with the warehouse who discovered they had 17 in stock! Yeah a happy customer thanks to Sophie x

Customer Services have now sorted this. Delivery as per agreed timescales. Seems the issue was caused by an automated email with incorrect information.

The delivery men Marlon and Leon gave us a time they would be with us and true to word, barring a few minutes they were on time. They were friendly and respectful and delivered everything with no problems…
The shop in Stamford where we placed our order were also very helpful..

From going to the Stanford store to order, talking on the phone & the delivery guys, the service has been excellent.
Everyone was so nice & friendly.

My only negative is the furniture has an up to 4 week delay, yet the payment has already been taken. I would have preferred the payment to have been taken when the furniture is dispatched

Friendly customer service by Devan, along with his extensive product knowledge, truly helped us in making our purchase. We would be delighted to return and buy more furniture if we could experience this level of service at all your stores. We even travelled all the way from Bedfordshire to Stamford specifically for the furniture we saw during our last visit.
