A bit of a wait at the counter. Someone else’s item placed on my bill. Staff said I’d have to order the wine glasses. I’d been in the store 30 minutes earlier and was told by another member of staff, glasses were available in stored upstairs. I pointed this out to cashier and she said she didn’t know. Good job I’d spoken to the other staff member. As glasses were indeed upstairs.

Kept me informed about my delivery. Took all the packaging away and placed my furniture where I wanted it to be. Polite and respected my home. Jemaine H & Musawar are a credit to your company as well as the furniture being great.

Excellent service from Natasha throughout our purchase, the sideboard looks amazing , I’m so pleased with it. Looking forward to returning to the shop in the near future.

I wanted to buy some cushions and the assistant helped me choose colours. I bought a couple to check they matched my sofa and will going back to buy more

The staff at the Cotswold Company were incredibly helpful and lovely to deal with. The furniture is excellent quality and our questions on sizes and finishes were answered thoroughly.

Customer service was great from Dev in stamford store giving initial help and advice. Prompt efficient service throughout with quick delivery times. Delivery team Sam W and Ryan H were excellent, helpful, polite and efficient.

We had a very poor experience intially. We arranged for our dining room table to be installed. The delivery contact and messages were excellent. However on delivery even though the installation was paid this was contested and said to be a delivery charge. They left and our table was not installed for another 4 days. The communication and delivery note should clearly state this but that was not the case. We contacted the shop who palmed us off with contacting delivery company. A customer service assistant Chris Marsh took charge and the matter was solved but still 4 days later. He keep in touch and dealt with the matter efficiently and effective. A token gesture was offered which was approriate for the service received. The customer service team have ensured this is not a very poor service thankfully.

I had done a little bit of research on the internet first, but my server, Mel, was extremely helpful and patient and explained all the permutations and possibilities. Having gone in to order a sofa, I am now about to order two bookcases and 4 bedside cabinets as well.

Lovely product, nice chaps who came to deliver and put the furniture together.

I purchased a Chester Classic Cream dining table with 4 Spindle chairs along with the matching slim bookcase through the Stamford store. Although my first choice was no longer available, the lady salesperson was extremely patient & understanding allowing me to make my decision regarding the furniture. The delivery arrived promptly as promised and the personnel were friendly, careful, removing shoes before entering my home, and professional. The table was assembled expertly and with care by Ian P. and placed exactly where I wanted it. I would certainly go back to this company for any future furniture items that I need and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The choice of both furniture and home accessories is excellent. Many thanks to all staff involved in this transaction.
