Great staff in the Marlow store and delivery
Great staff in the Marlow store, Lexi and Heidi were really helpful and knowledgeable. Super pleased with my solid oak sleigh bed (Winchombe) incredibly well made and a gorgeous colour. Delivery was faultless and Bobby and Waseem so accommodating and put it together for me. Fabulous service all round. Thank you!

We exchanged a coffee table we bought…
We exchanged a coffee table we bought for a smaller coffee table. They immediately agreed to change it for us. Two days later the new table arrived and they re packed and took the other one away. All on time, very professional and friendly. Can not fault this company.

The staff at the Marlow store…exceptional!
The staff at the Marlow store were exceptionally helpful. They helped us secure our perfect furniture set despite one of the items being discontinued. They went above and beyond to make our interior dream come true.
Annabelle and Charlotte were so helpful and professional and we couldn’t rate their customer service more highly. They were truly great ambassadors for the brand. And the exact reason we will be back time and time again.
