Earle & Neil 6830180 were both extremely polite and delivered/ assembled our new armchairs quickly and efficiently. All surplus packing materials were removed. We are extremely pleased with the service that we received.

We have recently purchased several items from the Cotswold company in Chichester. The staff have been friendly and helpful. It’s good to see the items set up as show rooms.
Today we had a delivery- we were kept informed about the expected arrival time. The drivers (CHD 4), Gary and Jake, were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Thank you.

This is the first time I have ordered anything from the Cotswold Company, and I would recommend them. The service at the shop was excellent, the delivery was smooth and quick, and the sofas are stylish and comfy.

Great delivery team from Cotswold Company, my units came extremely well packed, but Morgan & Jacob unpacked everything outside, to avoid bringing any mess into my property. They were extremely careful bringing in the very heavy units, then placed them exactly where I wanted them. All packaging was then removed to the van - even a couple of light pieces which they ran down to recover after caught by a slight breeze.

Recently bought the dove hallway cupboard and three drawer hall shoe storage. Deliver was easy and quick and the delivery operatives set up the furniture in its place and removed the rubbish. Good communication from start to finish.

Ordered two sofas plus some extra material to cover existing footstools. All delivered earlier than initial estimate. Delivery was very efficient, Ian & Canice very polite and helpful.

Great communication and great delivery

Beautiful brand new store in Chichester with lots of room set ups for ideas and inspiration. Not a lot that can be bought straight away and mostly needs to be ordered. I was buying mostly decorative pieces and it was still the case.
Their delivery charges and policies are ridiculous.
When spending an awful lot of money you would assume delivery is included but it’s not. It cannot be delivered to store for pick up so you are stuck with the charges. Adding to the annoyance, if one item you order doesn’t ant ready for 10-12 weeks you either have to wait for everything to be delivered together and wait that long! Or pay another delivery fee to have the rest of your items delivered sooner! There is no flexibility on this and it made me think twice about ordering.

Earle and Mark were a pleasure to have as our delivery team. They were careful, considerate and a great sense of humour . Nothing was too much trouble. We hope they will be our delivery team tomorrow.

Lovely shop and very pleased with Rug

The delivery experience was as excellent as the buying experience. The delivery team (Matt and Anthony) couldn't have been more helpful, carefully unboxing each item before placing it in the two rooms as required after a thoroughly inspection - nothing was too much trouble for them and they were true ambassadors for the Cotswold Company. Well done guys!

had my first delivery today from the company and I have to say it was seamless. The delivery team, Matt H and Adam were efficient and friendly. They assembled our table and pantry cupboard removed all the packaging. Very happy with our service today and would definitely recommend. Thank you

Matt H and Adam were really helpful with the delivery, locating the best route into the middle of the house, and very professional and efficient in their delivery, unpacking and set up.

The Chichester store was also really helpful, allowing us to move a lot of different furniture around within the store to see what different styles and colours looked like next to each other.
