Extremely polite, friendly and helpful person who answered the phone.

Apologies I cannot remember the names of the guys who delivered our lounge furniture and kitchen island. They were however very polite and respectful of our new house and quick to assemble our furniture

We ordered two bedside cabinets from this company and we are extremely pleased with the quality and the attention to detail arriving with two sets of drawer knobs and plastic feet so as not to mark our floors ! Gary and ian couldn't have been more helpful unpacking and allowing me to check the cabinets and so the whole experience was a delight and we will be using this company again 😎👌

Well I did find it overwhelming trying to imagine different pieces of furniture in different colours as obviously you didn’t have the full range of everything but the assistant that served me (Jennie) really couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant and really did go the extra mile. She made the whole thing a lot easier. Hopefully the delivery will go as well.

very confident lady who knew what she was talking about when it came to various products . very polite , efficient and a good telephone manner . understood my needs and worries resulting with a telephone purchase on the spot. very happy here

Our experience with Cotswold has been nothing short of excellent, right from our initial browse around in the Bath store, to ordering, delivery and then a teensy snag. Staff in store were extremely patient and helpful, ordering was easy and Kyle and Joe, who installed our three pieces were courteous and professional. We had one little hitch...I replaced the knobs with the accompanying silver option and one was missing: this was resolved in super-quick time by customer service. And of course, our drawer units and wardrobe are superb. Excellent company

Love visiting this shop. All the pieces are so thoughtfully put together, the quality and colours are wonderful. Great to get some ideas in person that you just can’t get from internet shopping. I will be back soon!

Received our much anticipated sofas and chair today. Gary and Ian did a fabulous job of getting everything unpacked and set up. The furniture is lovely, just like everything I've received from The Cotswold Company.

Bobby and Mohmuod delivered 3 pieces of furniture they were extremely helpful and very pleasant. The furniture is great too.

V pleasant. No pestering or made to feel like assistant was only interested if we purchased.
We needed the lift to access lower level and had help and support. We had plenty of time browsing and selecting fabric.
We purchased a Morris sofa and can't wait for delivery 😀

The manager in your Bath store was fantastic. She was very patient and helped us work through our decision-making.
Then our furniture was delivered today by Charlie and Rob from Swindon. They were absolutely brilliant and I couldn't fault the high level of service they provided.
Our new furniture looks lovely and we'll definitely be using the Cotswold Company again soon.

So happy with the sideboards tables and chairs. Excellent quality. Looks absolutely amazing. Delivery men, Matt and Ian were on time , and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even went beyond what was expected by adjusting a previously purchased cabinet door that need realigning. Couldn't praise these two and Cotswold company enough. Would definitely recommend.
