ICUE 5000x fixed
I had an issue with one of their cases; it wasn't functional, but their support team was always attentive and understanding. They asked me to document the incident in the simplest way possible and then proceeded to refund me promptly. Their products are high quality, I really like the brand, and their support and after-sales service have definitely made me even more delighted with Corsair. (They allowed me to keep the product.)
Terrible customer service and misleading Delivery status
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Corsair’s online store.
I placed an order for a "Drop + DOOM: The Dark Ages Desk Mat" on July 2nd. At the time of purchase, the product was listed as "In Stock" (Auf Lager). Since then, I have been trapped in a loop of broken promises.
My order status has remained stuck on "preparing for shipment" for nearly a week. During this time, the estimated delivery date has been pushed back 6 times, constantly moving further into the future. Despite my inquiries, customer support has only provided generic, unhelpful responses, essentially telling me that their delivery estimates are meaningless and not promises.
To make matters worse, as of today, your website now lists the item as "Sold Out," even though I ordered it days ago when it was supposedly available. It appears that Corsair is selling inventory that isn't actually ready to ship, or worse, prioritizing new orders over long-standing ones.
I don't want a refund – I want the product I paid for. I am tired of being lied to and treated like my business doesn't matter. If you are considering ordering from Corsair's online store, be warned: "In Stock" means nothing here, and their customer support will only give you the runaround while your money is held hostage.

After a firmware update failure on a keyboard that was well out of warranty they went above and beyond to resolve and sent out a replacement. corsair has the best customer service i've ever had the pleasure to deal with.

Replacement stolen USB
When I asked for a replacement USB cable, which the UPS company did not send me, I contacted Corsair support so that they could take into account what happened. Without waiting for anyone to communicate, the unexpected happened, the support called "Matthew B." helped me with the problem I had, very kind, correct and with a commitment according to what Corsair has!. The truth of having gone from sadness to happiness with only a support as it should be!. I'm going to continue to rely on this great company.
Very disappointed bought a gaming chair…
Very disappointed my boyfriend bought a gaming chair from the company and they took ages to deliver and when they did they claimed to have “many failed attempts” when they didn’t shown proof through ring doorbell footage and after waiting for weeks for the parcel they would give estimated delivery dates and not show up on the day this resulted in him having to refund the product and find it elsewhere. Unhappy customer and upset with the outcome of the situation. Email was provided to them and still no help. They delivered once at 7am 3 weeks late and instead of waiting to see if someone would answer they left straight away also evident on the ring doorbell there was also several notices on the door that if someone wasn’t in they could deliver to another door which was stated in the note and still no delivery. UPS delivery was also involved.
Excellent and fast warranty support
I recently had an issue with my Corsair AIO cooler and contacted customer support for a warranty replacement. I was assisted and the experience was absolutely stellar. He was incredibly understanding of my situation, professional, and handled the process with impressive speed.
He approved a replacement unit and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I'm highly grateful for his help and couldn't be happier with Corsair's customer service. Thank you, Matthew, for the top-tier support!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! iCUE IS A NIGHTMARE
I have followed all of the recommended troubleshooting steps multiple times for the last 4 hours and iCue STILL crashes upon opening. The iCue software is complicated to navigate and does not work seamlessly with other gaming products and their software. I've never had this issue with other companies . I've had a steelseries headset with a razer mouse and an LG keyboard all at the same time, with each of their independent software performing as it should as soon as it was installed. I should not have to uninstall software for your software to work properly. I shouldn't have to scour my computer like sherlock holmes to figure out why iCue keeps crashing. I shouldn't be spending 4 HOURS installing, uninstalling, restarting my PC, searching through every nook and cranny in my computer to ATTEMPT to figure out what went wrong, because as well as it crashing over and over again, there's no code, no report, no nothing to tell me what went wrong or what is conflicting. Not only is that inconvenient to the consumer, but it has really made me feel negatively towards corsair. Like "here's a mile long list of the reasons why it MIGHT not work" from forum posts back in 2023. This shows me that this has been an ongoing issue that has not been resolved by your company. It does not make me want to buy or recommend any of the company's products. I already own the Vanguard 96 Pro, which on its own is a great keyboard (aside from the fact that the purple lights aren't actually purple), so I bought the darkstar mouse hoping for the same. I'd like to connect my keyboard, mouse, and Govee lights like advertised for the iCue software, so I figured I would download it before I got my mouse. Little did I know this would be an absolute disaster. I've been gaming for over almost 20 years now and I've never had an issue like this from another company. Dramatic maybe, but this experience has been maddening. It has completely changed the way I feel about corsair. I thought this was a cutting edge gaming company, but now I think it's probably just being held together with packing tape. I may return my mouse based solely on iCue alone, sell my keyboard, and return to Razer or LG who both have fool proof, reliable software. The fact that "unhappy with iCue" is in the list of common issues above the AI chat window is so, so telling. Yikes. Makes me think I'll be having this issue over and over again if I stay in corsair's ecosystem. Chatbot and customer support wants me to uninstall/reinstall almost everything from my computer and sent me to a third party website riddled with ads as a solution. Hopefully someone can get back to me with a REAL resolution before the mouse gets here and I'm forced to make a decision.

Edit: Opened ticket on 7/2/26, still unresolved as of 7/12/26 even after sending supportinfo file and attempting to uninstall MORE programs from my computer. Cannot access iCue to mod my mouse. Spent $150 and I can't set macros on it, change the color of it, or use the tilt control gestures all because of this horrible software.

I have bought so many Corsair products. Countless. And have only ever had one issue with what you could call “half of one the products”. Corsair’s warranty is absolutely astounding and they make it super easy. I was buying Corsair products because I like them, they have options, and it’s great quality. Now I’ll only ever buy Corsair products because of how well they treat their customers (and like I said great quality). If they have what I’m looking for, that’s who I want to spend my money with. Plain and simple.

I started as a request for a firmware file in the hopes to restore a mouse to it's factory settings. After being told that I had bricked my mouse and I would need to look into warranty coverage, I felt defeated and dispair as I have had this mouse for a long time and it's long past its warranty. I accepted that it was gone and that I had gotten my monies worth as that m55 had served me for almost 10 years. So you can only imagine how greatful I feel when Will the specialist offered a once off replacement. That gesture has made me a customer for life and I will only be sing praises whenever computer topics and computer assessories are mentioned, and whenever shopping for computer related items, Corsair will be the first on my list to search for.

I just have to say a few things about corsair especially there support. My experience with them has been amazing. Great communication, great response time. Very flexible with fixing issues and no problems at all. I had a couple hick ups with some cases and they took care of it right away, no questions asked! I have become a super fan of corsair products. There cases are amazing, icue link works great! i switched to full corsair system and it gorgeous. I highly recommend to anyone thinking about going corsair. I’ve been a computer engineer for almost 3 decades and they have impressed me every step of the way. Thank you team! I could not ask for anything more!

Great after sales service and fair warrenty
I had a Problem with my RGB LED fans. Some Leds were broken which resulted in them lighting up green constantly. Allthough they don't sell them anymore they still offered to replace them with a newer model. And the best part: The new ones arrived even before I had to send back the old ones. I don't know if this is their standard practice, but I really appriciate how easy the replacement went. :)
