I found the system clumsy
I found the system clumsy and a bit maddening. I don’t understand why, after uploading my purchase order and serial number for the automated system, I had to do it again once a human being (Andrew Freeman) took over. I was reasonably pleased with his responsiveness.

I've been using Corsair products for…
I've been using Corsair products for over a decade. I've owned keyboards, chairs, cases, mousepads, and more. I've only had to contact customer support twice. The first time was because of my own mistake. I accidentally dropped the front panel of my case while cleaning it. The second time was due to a minor issue with the keycaps on my K65 Plus.
Both experiences were excellent. In each case, they quickly sent me a replacement unit and made the whole process smooth. Corsair's support team consistently goes above and beyond what you expect when you reach out to them. That's one of the reasons I've remained a loyal customer for so many years.
Guarantee mouse replacement
Had a problem with m75 mouse during guarantee period. After contacting Corsair support the mouse was quickly replaced by another one. Thanks to Matty from Suport team for help and understanding.
Great customer support and painless RMA process
I appreciate the quick and responsive support as I had to go through the RMA process. From the moment I submitted my ticket, I got a response within a few hours and provided immediate solutions. After a few back and forth emails within the day, my RMA had been processed and a replacement was sent the following business day as I chose the Advanced RMA option. The replacement arrived within 3 days and resolved my issue and now I just have to send back my defective product. The customer service team was great all around and the service was top tier. This was the most painless RMA process I had to go through and would likely recommend Corsair for your computer needs!

I was going in circles trying to find a way to install iCUE5 onto my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling. when I asked for help from tech support, Ralton helped me through the play by play and ultimately showed how I can install it in safe mode with networking. Now I got iCUE5 up and running installing the software for my devices.

I am completely satisfied with the service that has been provided to me. The response time was very fast, direct and effective. So far the case has been mostly resolved, I have already received the refund of the shipping cost for the return, I am just waiting for the new piece to arrive. I want to personally thank the people who helped me during this process, thanks to Matthew B. Who was the one who attended me at the beginning of the process, thanks to Andrew Freeman who helped me with shipping information and provided me with the tracking number, as well as helping me with the refund for my shipping cost. ICUE 5000x fixed
I had an issue with one of their cases; it wasn't functional, but their support team was always attentive and understanding. They asked me to document the incident in the simplest way possible and then proceeded to refund me promptly. Their products are high quality, I really like the brand, and their support and after-sales service have definitely made me even more delighted with Corsair. (They allowed me to keep the product.)
Terrible customer service and misleading Delivery status
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Corsair’s online store.
I placed an order for a "Drop + DOOM: The Dark Ages Desk Mat" on July 2nd. At the time of purchase, the product was listed as "In Stock" (Auf Lager). Since then, I have been trapped in a loop of broken promises.
My order status has remained stuck on "preparing for shipment" for nearly a week. During this time, the estimated delivery date has been pushed back 6 times, constantly moving further into the future. Despite my inquiries, customer support has only provided generic, unhelpful responses, essentially telling me that their delivery estimates are meaningless and not promises.
To make matters worse, as of today, your website now lists the item as "Sold Out," even though I ordered it days ago when it was supposedly available. It appears that Corsair is selling inventory that isn't actually ready to ship, or worse, prioritizing new orders over long-standing ones.
I don't want a refund – I want the product I paid for. I am tired of being lied to and treated like my business doesn't matter. If you are considering ordering from Corsair's online store, be warned: "In Stock" means nothing here, and their customer support will only give you the runaround while your money is held hostage.
