Useless technical support – ignoring manufacturing safety defects (Ref: 226329)
Very disappointed with CoreService. I reached out regarding a structural failure in a McGregor pressure washer (Ref: 226329). The aluminum pump housing completely cracked due to a manufacturing defect. Despite sending clear photographs of the pristine, like-new condition of the machine and the casting flaw, they refused to send a replacement pump.Instead, they passed the buck and told me to go to an Argos store, knowing full well that retail stores reject claims without paper receipts. I explicitly stated that I am capable of replacing the pump myself and do not want a refund, just a spare part. Since pointing this out, they have completely ignored my emails. Terrible aftersales support for the brands they represent. Zero stars if I could.

When i received my new lawnmower I was totally pleased with how it looked and performed. It really cut grass exactly how I hoped it would. I then encountered a problem with one of the batteries which would not charge. I reported the problem to Core Service and, after a few enquiries, they immediately agreed to replace the battery, free of charge.
I now recommend their services and thank their very pleasant staff for all their help.

Worst company ever - a total scam
- Placed an order online for a grass trimmer.
- I had to chase via email as nothing arrived.
- CoreService apologised and said my order had been lost but would be processed.
- Eventually, only a battery arrived.
- I emailed a formal complaint as I expected a grass trimmer as advertised and was told this would be looked into.
- The product description was then updated on the website but no one responded to my complaint (luckily I had the original listing screenshot!).
- I made contact again demanding a refund as I had been miss-sold.
- I was offered a refund if I paid postage (for a miss-sold item I couldn’t use?!)
- I eacalated my complaint again and was told it would be looked into.
- No further response so chased and they agreed they WOULD refund the whole cost INCLUDING postage.
- I returned the battery, and a PARTIAL refund was received MINUS what I had paid for postage even though it was agreed in writing.
- I furthered my complaint AGAIN and received only an automated response.
- I furthered it again and got a ‘sorry we didn’t receive your email’ (a lie, as I got the auto response).
- Finally 8 weeks after I was initially miss-sold a battery instead of a grass trimmer, CoreService returned the missing postage cost to me.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - ONE STAR IS TOO GENEROUS.

Wrong part
Only replied back to me because of this review sick and tired of companies doing this so poor at customer service. The fuel pipe split on my lawn mower. I ordered a new part. The part that came was wrong. I couldn't fit this new pipe. I raised the ticket, sent pictures been going round and round and now they've stopped emailing me bad customer service avoid at all costs
