I ordered recently a Personalised book and it happens that it never got delivered. I ordered it the 30 of may and now we are in july and it never came. That’s inaceptable they stole my money.

First and last time that I will use this.
- So far the delivery is more than two weeks late,
- No proactive message about the delay,
- No excuses, nor compensation.
Despite they knowing I needed this on time they did not make a single effort, still the payment is above the average. In today´s market it should not take more than a month to get a product like this.
order done 10 th of may, contacted them 2 weeks later, said their printer was broken but it would be send week later, Already month after order and still nothing received, they do not answer their phone either !!

The prices reasonable and you get what you paid for. The quality isn't the best and the book is pretty fragile (be careful while reading). Though it's okay because it didn't cost much.
I wouldn't recommend printing a book you want to read more than twice though because then you'd need to glue it together again.
Will still buy from it though
Very bad experience, not to be renewed! Books printed in bad quality. Front and back covers reversed. Promised that I could send them back for correction and new printing but then never heard back on how to proceed.... Very expensive travelling fees (as expensive as the printing).
So disappointed!
