Received the wrong item and had to turn. They emailed shipping label, but I had to take my time and expense to package up and drive 18 miles to send . Got no compensation for this . They did sent out correct item quickly.

Great price on top rated sauce pan. Delivered promptly. Only recommendation- wrap the sauce pan handle in bubble wrap. The handle came through the cardboard box. No scratches thank goodness. Can’t wait to use the pan so I can rate the performance!
