I've had several good experiences…

I've had several good experiences dealing with the CookieYes support team - they were always very thorough in their responses and I can tell they genuinely cared about helping me find a solution.

We did have some less than obvious issues with the CookieYes implementation which is why I haven't given them 5 stars. Some of those issues were around my limited understanding of how it all worked but there was also an issue with our ad attribution data not coming through which in the end was due to a less than obvious setting in GTM. We got there in the end but my advice to anyone implementing CookieYes or any other consent banner is to make sure you thoroughly read up on all the implications and settings needed and test everything multiple times and over the course of days + weeks!

We had a fantastic experience with CookieYes during our setup process. Their customer service was truly phenomenal—quick to respond, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful across a wide range of questions. Whether it was technical implementation or navigating compliance-related concerns, their team provided clear and timely support every step of the way. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and supportive cookie consent solution!

They actually have a free version
