Placed an order to be delivered off shore but didn't realise there was extra for delivery. The staff were amazing, so helpful, polite and friendly. Excellent communication - I could not have asked for better service. The goods are now on their way and I cannot rate this company highly enough. Prices are very competitive and I couldn't find cheaper. I will definitely purchase from here again and will recommend unreservedly to family and friends. Thankyou to everyone concerned for your assistance and excellent service. I am really grateful. So rare to find such qualities these days!

Ordering some new oven rails these guys looked like the best bet. They called to advise there would be a delay in the order and offered the choice of waiting or cancelling. I was please that they'd made the effort to get in touch pro-actively so I said I'd leave the order with them. As it turns out it was despatched later that day and arrived the next.

So happy with the price and the proactive approach to customer service. Happy to recommend.

I ordered several Neff appliances, all at cheaper prices than I had found anywhere else.
Delivery was as advised and all items were well packaged.

Ordered a dual fuel falcon range cooker. Great advice on the phone re colours. Cooker was ready when they said it would be. Good contact regarding delivery. On the day, the guys arrived early, very courteous, removed and disposed of old cooker and installed the new one. Quality service

Found them online due to cheaper than a high street retailer. Judging on reviews I thought I'd go for it. When I had to phone to check up status on our new oven, the lady on the other end of the phone was very helpful and phoned back within 15mins with an update. Booking a delivery slot was all online which made life so easy. The delivery guys were very polite and made sure I was 100% happy before they left. Excellent service from start to finish. Definitely recommend.

I ordered online and the item was delivered in 2 days. The couriers confirmed delivery as well the day before.
Would recommend and will use again if the need arises.

We ordered from Cookers and Ovens due to their competitive pricing and good offer on free accessories. The communication was excellent and we were able to choose a delivery day to suit us even in the week before Christmas. The delivery was great and told us a 2 hour slot the day before then gave us 30 minutes notice of arrival. We would definitely consider cookers and ovens in the future. Thank you.

The Customer service was exceptional. I ordered my item on line after 11pm the week before Christmas, the next morning I received a phone call, I was advised about the item I had ordered and the expected delivery date and time. Despite it being the busiest time of the year, the item arrive as promised. Highly recommended

A very simple process, everything arrived on time and in excellent condition. The only disappointment was that the website advertised that the hob I ordered qualified for a free set of pans NEFF however when I applied for them I was informed that the company wasn't participating in the offer.

Ordered several appliances for my kitchen which came on time however there was some damage to home packaging which cause slight scratches on the appliance however as oven was built in the scratches were hidden. . The driver even took pictures to prove the damage in case I wanted to return the oven which I didn't.

I have order a few other things for my kitchens from cookers and ovens and the service was stress free and prompt.

Only criticism is not being able to choose delivery dates.

The ovens are great! No Question! The delivery was interesting. the lead delivery man insisted in bringing both ovens in at the same time on his trolley which was precarious to say the least. I also had to ask him not to scrape his trolley across the new tiled floor. The packaging was removed as requested, though I did have to keep hold of the guys until I had checked both ovens for any damage. The real bummer was the offer of a hamper with each oven from Neff. On their website, they stated that proof of purchase (online invoice) and the phrase online delivery was sufficient to authorise the shipment of the two hampers. However, my claim was rejected because I didn't have the reference numbers off the appliances. I know this has nothing to do with Cookers and Ovens, but it does reflect in your total service. You need to talk to Neff!! I tried and got incredibly frustrated by their intransigence.

I ordered my Rangemaster Cooker & Hood on line so was surprised when I also got a confirmation phone call from the sales team. They then rang me to book the delivery and everything was great. Very professional and helpful. The delivery was booked early morning, which was perfect for me, and I paid the additional cost for a 2 man first floor delivery. The 2 delivery men turned up before the slot, not too much of a problem as it was 6.50am but did not want to bring either product into the house. They were clearly un prepared for the rather large heavy cooker and left the hood in the front garden! When my kitchen fitter said I thought they were bringing it indoors the delivery men said "only if you help us" so not sure what I paid for. These guys are a separate delivery company so not a true reflection of the supplier.
I have had to ring cookers and ovens after this and the sales team again were wonderful and very helpful.
