The service provided by Jordan Hartley, my Conveyancer...
Was excellent. We are a couple in our late 70's & early 80's. We did often feel overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork and information that came through on email, but we were able to request telephone calls from Jordan and his team to talk us through all the information and advise us. We would not hesitate in recommending him.

Abbie was my conveyancer in a very long, drawn out purchase. She kept me informed along the way and chased the other parties to try and keep things moving. It was great to have her on my side.

Easy to deal with
I'm happy with the service and their fees are reasonable.

The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to communicate in emails as they are hard to reach by phone. Also they are a bit slow in gathering all the required paperwork.

After my experience I would NOT use this company again.
I used Convey Law to sell a vacant flat to a first time buyer, a process I was assured would take about 16 weeks. In the end it took 6 months.
Two weeks after me completing the basic sales information they had still not sent it to the buyers’ solicitors. When chased they denied that the were acting for me because the buyers’ solicitor got one digit wrong in the postcode.
Phone calls always went straight through to answerphone and I never got a response from any message left.
Replies to emails were often unhelpful and occasionally misleading. I often had to reiterate or rephrase my questions to get the information I wanted.
The final bill came to about £600 more than their estimate
