I contacted the Conveyancing Index and spoke to Debbie Matthews. I was selling a property in Gloucestershire but, as I live in Northern Ireland, had to use a solicitor on mainland UK. I had been quoted £1,600 for conveyancing by a firm in Gloucestershire. Debbie's quote was £600, so it was a no-brainer! Excellent service from Debbie. Thank you.

Communication from Debbie was straightforward, professional and friendly.

Quick and polite at obtaining quotes however after service is dreadful. The law firm they sourced for me was awful. I complained to Converying Index and they listened and then proceeded to do nothing. No feedback whatsoever. Really not worth the money. I wouldn’t use them again and certainly wouldn’t recommend them.

I requested a conveyancing quote through a comparison website, and this company was one of the results. Since then, they've repeatedly contacted me with persistent emails and numerous phone calls. The most frustrating part is that when they call, nobody says anything—they immediately hang up. I found this behaviour intrusive and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
