billed for a service i havent used...and probably didnt sign up for. now, late fees on a credit card. yikes
Many of the published sources on which the reviews are based are dated. In addition, the scientists at Consumer Lab don't assess the quality of their research sources, weighing methodologically unsound studies equally with well-designed and analyzed studies. Often the conclusions based on their review equivocate because the scientists reviewing the literature seem unable to resolve contradictory findings, which is, of course, inevitable given the way scientific research is conducted. As a result of their lack of up-to-date-findings, their inability to assess why different studies come to different conclusions, or their lack of emphasis on quality research and analysis over weak studies, their conclusions are not useful and simply add confusion to the public's understanding of health and nutrition.
Have subscribed since mid 2018... so six years experience. They are always excellent! Lots of well explained info; helpful charts; and an introduction to the benefits and otherwise of virtually all OTC supplements. It's possible to make suggestions to them if there's a particular brand of a supplement they don't cover.

I subscribe because you are my reference for "all things" to do with supplements, otc products, "concoctions," etc. Your summaries are in-depth and include extensive information about research, testing, price and recommendations(top picks). Thank you for all you do to inform us of the good, the bad and the ugly products.

I find the coverage authoritative. The reports have many references to research studies with links to them. I can tell that ConsumerLab has carefully read the studies and given serious analysis of them. Unfortunately many other publications (New York Times, Consumer Reports, Harvard Health Newsletters) are very light on authoritativeness regarding health and nutrition – They are written by lay people who have good writing skills but do not have the scientific background to cover the topics with substance.
I do not take many supplements. I am more interested in CL coverage of foods; for example, olive oil, chocolate, natto, tea. I am also interested in CL coverage of health requirements, for example, how much vitamin B12 can be absorbed by the body in a meal, the optimum level of vitamin D in the blood.
I also appreciate that CL doesn’t make money on linking to websites of the products it reviews.
My one concern is whether the sample size that CL uses for testing is large enough.
In general, it is my number 1 source for food-related information.

Website is horrendous to navigate, hard to search and woke through results. It's confusing. You need to get a new site where you can filter and sort searches, based on requirements. For example, I want chlorella from Taiwan which is broken wall and I want all reviews on only those products.
I want only multivitamins which are the most bioavailable and without iron or copper. I want reviews on only that criteria.
Then I want to find the highest rated multi vitamin which conforms to all GMP, USDA practices and is the most highly bioavailable.
So filters to sort results please
The Consumer Lab is my "go to" website for important and documented information about products that is non-biased. I highly recommend them. The price is worth it!!!

I subscribe because I reply on CL for their unbiased and scientifically rigorous testing & analysis of products that I'm going ingest. Doesn't get much more important than that.

Viewing and navigating your website through an Android device is not a smooth experience. Sometimes it just doesn't function and it's not possibly to navigate through the review at all. At tones when I got to the top of the table, it stops working and it goes blank from the top of the table down.
Rely on Consumer Lab for the latest info. I rely on your results for guidance and what to implement.
I've been a member for several years. I find their reports reliable and objective; they are usually based on research studies from a variety of sources. Very good and timely reviews. Would ask that you include costco/kirkland brands for supplement reviews when possible. I have notice an increase in your inclusion of them over the past 6 months. Good job.
I don't know what I would do without ConsumerLab! It is important to me to know what products are the purest, and I rely heavily on their top picks. Very happy with ConsumerLab!
I trust ConsumerLab to give me accurate and honest reviews on supplements. I always check with them first before buying any type of supplement.
The comprehensive reviews and testing of supplements that Consumer Labs performs.
I have adjusted my supplement brands/purchases to those Consumer Labs approves. I look forward to continuing my subscription.
Since subscribing to Consumerlab.com, I've learned valuable information about a multitude of supplements, and other health-related items, such as olive oil and chocolate. This knowledge has prevented me from using inferior products and possibly taking too much. I have shared some info with family and friends, as well as my Endocrinologist, who is a fan of what Consumerlab does!
This site is an absolute lifesaver. Before I consider taking any type of supplement, I always check Consumer Labs. It has saved me money, and to save my health. The price I have paid for a subscription has been repaid tenfold.
