A small storie from the real…
Just a small storie from the real world. 21. may 2021 i ordered a small number of RC spareparts from Conrad - all items indicatet in stock at the website. The following day i ricived at mail from Conrad with the unfortunate information that all items was not i stock - but no indication of witch. Estimatet delivery og all items was week 25 2025. Over the next many weeks Conrad sendt mails with new "updatet" delivery dates - all in all 22 mails with as they call it "important information regarding your order". The last mail was sent 10. november 2021 with a new estimatet delivery time now week 46 2021. After that Conrad went silent. No delivery in week 46 or any indication that my order was cancelled. Not quite fair customer service i think !

We strive to keep our website up to date with the correct warehouse status.
For some of our products the status is according to the manufacturers availability and stock, and the date for such products will be longer than the usual 2-4 days.
Unfortunately since we are dependent on updates from the manufacturer, the status isn't always updated in case there's been a delay in i.e. production.
This seems to be an unusually long time for an order/item to be delayed. Please, if you would contact our customer care at contact@conradelektronik.dk we would love to help you as much as possible.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. They solved my problem, when I by mistake ordered too few of one item.
The web shop works excellent too, except...
When we set it to list items, "cheapest first",
then after clicking on one item,
the setting return to "most recommended first",
when we return to the list.
Apart from that I wish we could pay with Mobile Pay.

Do not order from here! No phone number, delivery date that just keeps being delayed, no answer to emails and they have also charged me without the item having left the depot which I think is even on the brink of being illegal in Denmark. This does not feel legitimate!!! Trying to cancel my order and get a refund 😓 wish me luck…

Wrong Phone number handling, unnotified shipping delays.
When ordering items that eventually is shopper from Germany to DK (cross border) then DHL is used as a courier. The problem is that Conrad does not handle the phone number correctly when handling the parcel over to another courier - and then the parcel is completely lost until you start calling the courier.
Bottom line is that Conrad does not handle phone numbers properly (just look at your registered customer details) which leads to problems when the courier need the number…
Furthermore, the cable i ordered was actually not in stock (no warning when ordering) and I had to contact Conrad to get the delay notification and expected real ship date…
Two mistakes in one order - really bad.

I am very happy with the service as it was fast delivered. The boat was a birthday present for my husband. There is a but.... He is very happy with the boat but he says that the instructions, specially the pictures are not easy to understand..... After 3 weeks he is still "fighting" with the sails... Is there any place he can download better instructions/pictures? Thank you in advance

The product is received and as expected - no issues.
The delivery time is not according to expectations. All items were on stock but the shipment was delayed. Ordered on 9.04 received on 22.04.
Customer support is on a very low level.
Therefore only 3 stars - delivery and customer support to be improved. At least phone number to be added to contact support in real time, not waiting 2 days or more for response.
We will not buy there again, but the products are ok.

Carefully consider if you buy or not!
Very strange company and way of operating. I have placed an order on the 31st March. I have not heard whatsoever for two weeks from Conrad. There is no phone where you can call, you must write a form instead, so I did. I asked some questions about the package. They got back, after one day with something that looked like a standard response in Swedish language that neither helped, nor answered my question in any way. It almost looked like a robot (it wasn't the inquiry receipt confirmation email btw). Anyways, I didn't respond back because it seemed pointless, I was told that they can't/won't give me a tracking number and that the order has been send already.. ok.. I wait, after two days I got another set of emails from Conrad that say that NOW the order has been sent and ALSO get a tracking number unexpectedly. Basically, those in support send standard messages and/or don't know what they are talking about and/or they are totally not helping in any way. I will for sure not buy from Conrad ever again unless it will be the last electronics shop in the world.

Fast delivery and easy return.
Unfortunately the timer and its shell did not fit.
This could have been avoided, if Conrad had competent hotline staff who can give advice.
I had asked whether the two pieces fit together and the response was that Conrad does not provide help services. I should look it up in the documentation.
However the documemtation on the homepage of Conrad was insufficient.
So all in all a good and fast delivery, but a poor outcome for the customer due to poor helpdesk services.
