Having been a CACI Therapist since 1997…
Having been a CACI Therapist since 1997 I was devastated when my Quantum machine broke down.
Naturally, panic stricken I researched replacement costs which ranged, depending on the problem from £365 - £2,000 + VAT.
Not a viable proposition for me I browsed internet and luckily for me saw various machines but in particular saw one with a guarantee!!! How could this be I wondered? Within 30 minutes I was assured that my machine could be inspected and repaired as Dave of Complexions knew immediately what the problem was and promptly arranged the collection of the machine, replaced the necessary part and hey! ho! returned it by courier (I live in the South) within a working week for a quarter if the maximum I was quoted. My clients were amazed too how quickly I was able to re-book their sessions.
So much care and consideration shown I recommend both Dave and Complexions to any Beautician I chat to.
I shall be eternally grateful to him otherwise I would not have been able to continue I call him "My Hero".

Staff always friendly when you walk in…
Staff always friendly when you walk in and offer you a drink straight away.I only use the salon for nails but am looked after very well by kirsty or emma when kirsty is on holiday.Have also had a facial once which was very relaxing and my skin felt great afterwards.Would highly recommend the salon
