Potential fraud, failed promises and non-existent customer help
After multiple phone calls, including one that lasted more than 30 mins with a manager, they are unable to process the welcome reward (the thing they advertise prominently not their banner when signing up).
I received an email saying the reward would be payed within 10 working days on the 7th August. On the 12th, the reward failed to process, and I was told it would take another 10 working days.
I was also told there needed to be a 48 hour wait from when it failed, which was apparently the 10th, but somehow they start the 48 hours from the 11th and it’s only finished on the 14th.
I was initially told it would take only 8 hours and the email said it would be transferred back to the available balance on their website. It hasn’t!
On a previous call, I was placed on hold and disconnected!
Their complaints process is effectively non-existent, their is little process and no follow up or attempt to resolve.
At the moment, they have taken away and not delivered what they said they would!

I don't ever remember signing up for this and only found out when I received an email, and then found a direct debit on my bank statement. This is extremely worrying. I tried to cancel, and I was supposed to receive a confirmation email within minutes. This hasn't happened.

Complete savings are great and legit. I have saved so much with them through my weekly shops. I would love to see more shops on here in the future, but I definitely think it's worth it, and they also appear to give the best rates compared to other cashback sites.

Been with them a while but not as good as it used to be. They take some of the money back after a while saying it wasn't tracked. This particular purchase was via Dorothy Perkins so perhaps avoid purchasing with them if you would like a discount

Best thing EVER! I've been using it for 18 months now and I've literally made thousands. Most cashback things give you 1% or 2% here and there. I run a business and won't make any purchase without it being on Complete Savings.

Although I am offered the Summer Essentials promotion with up to 12%Cashback not a single one displayed is anything other than the basic 10%. And when I point this out I am informed that those retailers on which 12% is available are excluded because I signed up 14 years ago with the wrong merchant. So I ask which merchants are actually included in the 12% offer and a list of all the merchants that are excluded to me personally and guess what - it's all covered in the Terms of Service and was fully explained in the Welcome Pack I received 14 years ago so no need to explain further. Do you suspect like me that that is because it is perhaps inexplicable.
