We may be unable to track some Qualifying Purchases on our system. Some common fixes you may want to check is that your cookies are enabled in your browser, and if you're using Safari 11, try a different browser like Chrome or Edge. Also, please ensure to turn off ad blockers as this can prevent tracking. We can always validate transactions that did not appear in your account after 5 days from your date of purchase. Please fill in the Transactions Claim Form within 90 days and submit to our team for further review.

Too expensive. I claimed my £20 Reward but it was not paid until after you had taken £18 out of my account. I personally feel it was not a real reward !

Completesavings is very easy to use, and the claims process for the monthly subscription has got much better as well. But i do have a suggestion to improve the site, whereby you incentivise customers using complete savings to make more money back i.e a loyalty program as such. You will motivate more users

Cashback for Summer Holiday

I think it’s fantastic for many reasons: you have to pay £18/month fee but as soon as you order something through them-even if it’s just a pound, you get that £18 right back. I like how most things are at a rate of 10% but sometimes it goes up to 12% eg on eBay. I love the 20% evouchers for argos!

Abysmal service and automated refusal to honor valid cashback
Avoid Complete Savings. Their customer service relies entirely on copy-pasted templates and bot responses rather than resolving actual issues. I placed a Tesco Groceries order (Order #2721-8720-012, £151.88, collected 27 June) which was initially tracked and APPROVED on my account.
On Aug after, an automated negative adjustment (-£15.19) was applied due to a flawed merchant sales report claiming the order was returned or cancelled. The order was fully completed and collected. I provided the official Tesco PDF receipt showing full payment, along with a full video screen recording of my logged-in Tesco profile displaying my full name, navigating directly to the order details. Despite notifying them multiple times that the initial automated confirmation email from June was deleted post-fulfillment, their agents (Julie, Christian, Arvie, Joemer) continuously copy-paste generic replies demanding the exact deleted email. They refuse to conduct a manual review of indisputable video and receipt proof. Relying on broken merchant reports and ignoring customer evidence breaches basic consumer standards.

Tried the free trial period and before it’s end I went to cancel it, however my account was blocked so I can’t cancel and they charged me , after they charged me the account unblocked and I cancelled the membership and didn’t get my refund back.
