Prompt reply and delivery. Unfortunately, although the Rollator was very good quality it was far too heavy for my arthritic hands to handle. The return was handled very professionally and carefully and promptly an excellent company to deal with.

Exactly what I needed, but heavy.
Ordering easy and straightforward. Delivery speedy and on time. Price fabulous on offer.
However whilst I thought this was exactly what I wanted, having looked at it on line for several months, I found that I couldnt lift it out of the
box it was delivered in. It was heavy. I couldn't see myself lifting it in and out of the car on my own.
I was disappointed. I contacted the company and was treated well and given the necessary details for return. It was returned not even out of the packaging. Just a pity this was not made lighter with an older, less able person in mind.
