Quick and efficient

All the team are very good and friendly very helpful and the guys who put the bed together and showered me how to yours it were excellent thank you so much.

I am very pleased with the sales person that explained and showed me how the device worked and how I would benefit from having a bed with the device fitted. The two gentlemen that came and took my old bed away and assembled the new bed were very pleased and polite and showed me how everything works with the bed. I was very pleased with how they were.

I have my chair for about 4. It's made big difference in my life helpping and me keep my independence for much longer. I love the back heat in the morning and I love the tap on the massage on my chair.

Rep was helpful on getting the right bed and deal. Call centre so good with me over time of delivery because I had to go out and the delivery team was waiting for me. There was an issue with the bed but they have put the action to get it fit for me . They are upright and open

Great service from the delivery boys, very pleasant & well mannered.

It has been worth the money and although we don't always use the massager it is a solid mattress and the positioning of the legs upwards aids my water retention in my legs and being able to lift my head up helps with my breathing as I suffer with asthma and my husband suffers with cold x very good customer service xx

I love my bed it help me so much. I was not sleepping at all. So I book a rep to come out and show me about the beds and now I'm sleeping throw the night with the way I will never look back after getting my bed I have my bed for 5 year

I am extremely happy with the brilliant service I received today. The gentleman where extremely polite and helpful. Time taken to explain the bed and controls was really done well and helpful.

Ours bed are very comfortable and definitely sleep better. Also able to raise the head and foot so I’m able to sit and read comfortably.

After 3 weeks, still waiting for my £3900.00 pounds to be put back in my bank, after I cancelled the bed, and it never was delivered, I have rang them on 6 occasions asking them for my money back, and they just say " we will get back to you", but never have, I have also E Mailed them 6 times, and they have just ignored them. They are putting me under so much stress, as it was only a few months ago, that my dearest husband of 57 years passed away.
