Powerbreathe for musicians!
I am a Tenor Saxophonist, and I've been using my POWERbreathe Plus IMT – Medium Resistance device for the past 1.5 months and it has made a huge difference. I am able to take a tremendously deeper breath with half the exertion. This has made it easier for me to sustain a big full sound on the sax.

National Hunt Jockey
I’m a professional national hunt jockey who suffers with asthma and have been using Powerbreathe regularly for four months now. Riding upto six horses a day particularly in cold weather or when the pollen count is high can be triggering. I am regularly looking for ways to maintain my fitness whilst being mindful of not gaining too much muscle in order to stay the correct weight for certain races. Using the Powerbreathe has definitely made a noticeable difference during high intensity exercise. The smart adapter is also a brilliant way to track and support my progress. The communication from the company has been second to none as they are always on hand for advice or to answer any questions. I couldn’t recommend Powerbreathe highly enough!

Couldn't call and talk to someone live…
Couldn't call and talk to someone live over the phone because I could not find easily an US phone number to use and the international phone number was challenging to connect. So, I sent you repeated emails for help and only got replies that someone will contact me. It has been about a week now since I received my device and still no help!

I knew right away...
I highly recommend playing with the resistance dial when you first get yours in the mail. The fact that the POWERbreathe was so much more difficult to use when only turned up a few levels from "0" told me everything I needed to know about this product and how it will change my breathing forever. Also, amazing customer service..!

K5 - The product is fantastic! I am recovering from lung cancer and I have been struggling to breathe normally. I wasn't able to take full breaths and had a constant feeling of claustrophobia. After a week of using the K5 I am so freaking happy that I can breathe almost normal!
I can't wait to see what the next few weeks have in store! I pray that more people learn about this and that insurance companies start providing these devices to people in my situation. I am going to show it to my oncologist in hopes that he can recommend it to his patients. Thank you all at PowerBreathe!

POWERbreathe Plus
I purchased a POWERbreathe Plus and adaptor after reading an article in T3 magazine. The App is very detailed and encourages me to perform my breathing training. My numbers have already gone up and I have noticed that I feel less breathless day-to-day, after only a few weeks. I am really very impressed so far.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having issues connecting your Smart Adaptor to the ActiBreathe Application.
I have spoken to the R&D team who are investigating the issue which seems to be isolated to Google Pixel devices (not all Android phones).
They have been testing various scenarios and found that when using a Pixel phone that is not connected to any other Bluetooth devices, the app is working as expected. (Tested on a Pixel 6, 7 and 8 Pro.)
They have recommended following a step-by-step solution that has helped other Pixel users, which I'll email to you for clarity.
I hope you find that these solve the problem, but do please come back to us if not and we can arrange a call to see exactly what is happening.

The clear mouth piece is too tight for…
The clear mouth piece is too tight for the part it connects to. I have to press down really hard to get it to stay in place while I use the device. Then I have struggle to get it off after use so I can rinse all the parts. I think this will shorten the useful life of this product. I bought this same model a couple of years ago on Amazon and it did not have this problem.
