No one will help or assist you in any way. People who work in the tourist and leisure industry. Will not in anyway answer or explain anything to you other than if French. They just walk off. They don’t want you Tourist.

We were there last night, paying around 700€ for a table 5 people.
1. We paid extra money for a table next to windows - we just got a normal one with an excuse that it's the fault of administration. Ok, we tried not to let this destroy our dinner.
2. The food was ok. For most of us, it was 6/10. One from us rated it 5/10. The kids menu was very poor, my daughter literally ate nothing. But we didn't expect much for the food, just wanted to enjoy the atmosphere together. That's enough.
3. Each of us could have half of wine bottles or a soft drink. I didn't get anything at the beginning, but later on I was very thirsty and wanted to have a coke. They said it's extra. We have explained it for about 5 minutes, after they could not say anything else and said ok. But they tried to postpone that right until the dining finished and people going to leave. Right that moment they gave me the coke. Seriously, are you kidding me? We talked to the manager but it seemed to be the idea from him. He smiled as he programmed tobe and just said sorry for that. It was totally destroyed our dinner.
Never ever ever ever come back or recommend it to anyone.

Moulin Rouge with diner
The experience will be next week, but the service from Come to Paris was great. I wanted to Book Moulin Rouge tickets for the show with diner and payed also. Unfortunately I had chosen the wrong option so we only Booked the show. They contacten Moulin Rouge and were alle to arrange the richt tickets.
Try report them here if they wouldn't refund you
After being accused and ignored by the customer service, I filed a compliant here to the Frech Fraud Control authority, and they finally refunded me: signal.conso.gouv.fr
Of course, in their reply they claimed that they are a reputable company and I am unreasonable for accusing them of not delivering + not refunding as a common practice.
Well, I hope everyone who struggles to get their money back from Come to Paris to report them to the anti fraud authority, and let's see if this is common enough for such a reputable business.

I'm so friggin tired of this company. Or the cruise. I don't know who has this shamelessness to lie incessantly and anger customers to such extent, for what??
I booked the Tosca cruise dinner today for 5 people, ended up being told by the agent 20 min before departure that the boat has technical issue, therefore the dinner tonight is cancel. I was there at the port already so I went to check, guess what I saw? the boat is loading passengers. It's moving. The crew has no clue about what we said.
Of course I called these guys and they first tried to tell me I booked another boat, which is not true. Then they tried to pretend the boat crew told them indeed this boat is not moving. I don't know who miscommunicated, who lied, but I'm being lied to, and this is not acceptable.
The boat tried to give us seats of late arrivals, but wasn't able to. We stood on the boat for an hour, and ended up stuck on a boat with only two seats and two sets of dinner, with the other three of us stuck on a boat that is departing but with no table or food.
Of course I was very upset and tried to get my money back. The agent replied the next day saying of course it's unacceptable and I shall expect a full refund.
Guess what now. Three days later no news on my money back. Now they say the boat said all five of us were all onboard and checked in. "It's all very confusing. "
Again. I am being treated like an idiot. The one thing that I regret is not to get a video record from the head of the boat crew. I tried to, but he was "too busy serving customers" and at the end of the tour I was hungry and exhausted. And I trusted him, who said "you can tell the tour company to come find me. I'm at this boat everyday". I trusted him because I could see he was stressed out trying to find us a seat. So I didn't force him to leave me a note or a audio recording. What a mistake.
Also, I m not the only one who they were trying to cheat. A couple of other groups of people also got into a conflict with the boat having the agent on the phone that night. I don't know what happend in the end
So. A group of liars who will treat you like an idiot. If you don't want to ruin your trip and some more days, AVOID them
Booked a river boat cruise with this…
Booked a river boat cruise with this company for a lot of money had an enjoyable evening til the boat crashed into another river cruise and everybody on board and tables and glasses went flying lots of injured people including myself . Ive been trying to contact this company since sunday by email but been constantly ignored , no ones even checked if we were ok we were told to get off the boat miles from our drop off point and had to get a taxi back at our cost . Not even an offer of a refund especially as i finished the night covered in glass and wine and been off work since monday with whiplash . Feel totally let down and disgusted that no one can be bothered to return my emails. Been forced to take legal action .

Stay away
They did not send our reservations to the rover cruise company, so we were not allowed to board. They cruise company employee said, "oh, this happens all the time with come to paris." Many calls and emails to come to paris were not returned and no refund given. Two weeks on and no refund.
Keep away!! This company is not to be trusted
I purchased tickets for a boat cruise on the Siene for dinner on Bastille day to view fireworks. I bought 4 tickets many weeks in advance which cost my family more that €600.
When we arrived at the dock, on time, as instructed, with our “confirmed” tickets in hand, the staff working the vessels told us we had no reservation with them and although we clearly paid for tickets, Come to Paris never sent them our money or reservation. We tried EVERYTHING but they told us that they would not allow us to board. They said this has happened several times before with Come To Paris and our only recourse was to call Come to Paris. Which we did. Over and over and over again. No one answered. There was no option to leave a message.
At one point the staff working the vessels told us IF there was space before departure, they would allow us to BUY for MORE tickets. When we showed them our receipt from Come to Paris and said that we had clearly already paid for the experience. They said, “You didn’t pay us. And neither did Come to Paris. There is no guarantee we will get any money from them so you would have to pay again and see if you can get the company to give you a refund.” This made no sense to us. All we thought was, if they are a trusted partner, then why can’t you settle it between you? Now I know why. Come to Paris has made NO effort to make this right.
We were left on the dock, €600 lighter with no recourse, no dinner and no cruise on Bastille Day.
We left numerous emails with only one response saying they would look into it and another after several days (and more emails from us) saying they were still looking into it. No offer of refund or reschedule, NOTHING.
Please do not do business with this company. Their partners don’t trust them you shouldn’t either. Please take your money elsewhere. What happened here was theft. Plain and simple. Mistakes happen, but with no effort to rectify the situation OR repay our money, Come to Paris has literally stolen €600 of our money and is attempting to just disappear. Don’t let this happen to you.
Wouldn’t recommend
Absolutely horrible service…had a 6:45 dinner cruise scheduled but it was storming with terrible lightening (stoplights and trees were blown over). I went to the booth to ask if I could get help rescheduling or getting on a different boat tour and the gentlemen very rudely told me “you’re out of luck” and wouldn’t help us book another tour. The online and phone customer service lines weren’t helpful either and we couldn’t get and of anyone on the phone or via the chat feature that could help either. Won’t be returning.
Spoiled tour to Versailles.
I bought a tour of Versailles in three days, on the day when the tour itself was written and asked to reschedule, I replied that it was good, and when I arrived at Versailles, they wrote that they were sorry, but there would be no tour and that they would return the money immediately. Then they told me that they sent me money twice, but there was nothing from them on the accounts. Under no circumstances would I recommend using this company.

I bought combination tickets for the summit of the arc and the seine river cruise. they only sent over the tickets for the cruise despite paying the more expensive price. i sent multiple emails and tried to get in contact with cometoparis to figure out what had gone wrong, they didn't answer the majority of my emails over the span of two weeks - i thought it was a lost cause lol. when they finally did, they said i must've cancelled my previous order, which did not happen. how would i have cancelled it if my email was titled for both, but the attached tickets was just for one. definitely do not recommend ordering anything off of this website. just go directly to the source or find a better reviewed website. on me for not researching the company first, i wouldve avoided had i previously seen all the negative reviews.
Don’t sell tickets if they are sold out
I purchased tickets at 4:30 pm today for crazy horse for same day show, for over €1000, and it is still in processing status for hours, and after we received an email confirmation of payment being accepted. I’ve tried contacting them via chat which is automated, and gives me no contact with a live agent. When I tried calling their number no one picks up. I filled their contact form, and no one had responded. I’ve also tried messaging them on Facebook and Instagram with no responses. I have also sent an email with no responses. I finally called crazy horse and they said they have no reservations under my name. Horrible experience!!!?

We had an awful and unprofessional experience with Come to Paris. We booked 2 tickets for the Seine New Year's Eve Special Dinner cruise costing 700 Euros. We were given the wrong boarding location, resulting in us having to rush back across Paris on New Years Eve trying to make it to our boat which we almost missed because of their mistake. I have asked the company twice for our Uber journeys to be reimbursed and I have received no apology or confirmation that this will happen. In addition, the boat was nothing like the photos provided. It was of a much lower standard. Not at all worth the money. What should have been a wonderful evening was actually an incredibly stressful and chaotic experience. Extremely disappointed.
Tickets to Moulin Rouge never came
Booked 3 tickets to Moulin Rouge and did not receive any tickets.
CometoParis's email obviously didn't respond despite my follow-ups.
Look at the CometoParis's "CEO" Jean Degiron's quality of responses (and his promotion from Manager to CEO within 2 days from his July 2022 responses) and you'd instantly know what's up. Pity that I didn't check trustpilot beforehand lol.
Scam cometoparis
Scam on intentional misleading and not providing service. You make complaint to Eiffel tower information they say cometoparis has lot of complaints. There is good English speaking American in their office but he will not respond well in email. Their Business intent is to take your money, I had confronted the office and took picture. I told them that I am disputing, the reply I received we already got your money. This is to share my experience, and they are operating in Pari where America law is less approachable unless criminal intent justified.

We even explained this was for our fathers 65th birthday celebrations and it was hard combing such a large group. No care from costumer service.
please do yourself a favor and look at alternative companies.

Listen to reviews prior to booking. Terrible experience. Poorly marked location for dinner cruise. Tried to call the number given for help multiple times with no answer. Paid for flexible date, when asked to reschedule or refund no response. Lost 600$ for whole family. Do not trust.
