I arrived early for my departure at 9:15 pm. I specifically chose this time because the tour will end at 10:15 pm and it takes me 1 hour and 30 min to get home so I would get home before midnight. When I arrived at the meeting point, I was told there is no sailing at 9:15 pm and they changed my time to 9:45 pm! I didn’t receive any communication from them that they are going to change my time and that there’s no sailing at 9:15 pm. How can they change the time without informing the customer? How can they list 9:15 pm as an option to book for sailing when it doesn’t exist? I was already there at the meeting point with no option but to go on the sailing at 9:45 pm. They dropped us off at 11 pm and by that time I couldn’t find any train RER C to get home since on that day the last train was at 10:40 pm due to sudden reduced service that happened in the evening. I had to pay for an Uber to get home and I wouldn’t have to do so if I went on the sailing that I booked originally at 9:15 pm. The tour itself was good but the change of time without any communication has caused me stress and loss of money unexpectedly. If I was informed earlier I would have booked it with another company or arrange to sail with them at a different date this week I thought this is a professional company with transparent communication with their customers. I guess I was wrong

We paid for a guided tour for 3 adults of Saint Chapelle and Le Conciergerie in May 2024. No information was provided on where to meet. We went to the guided tour entrance 15 minutes before our tour and waited 25 minutes but guide never showed up. I contacted them (in French to ensure there was no misunderstanding), no response was provided and no refund given. We were not able to enter and missed Saint Chapelle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Bought tickets for the Moulin Rouge on the Come to Paris website. On the official Moulin Rouge website they were already sold out for the day I wanted, but Come to Paris still had tickets available. This made me worry it was a scam and the tickets would be fake, but I took the risk and everything went well! The tickets were real and we had a wonderful night at the Moulin Rouge.
Also, at first there was a bug when trying to pay for the tickets, but I called Come to Paris and a kind gentlemen helped me and made sure I could pay.

The site is easy to navigate. They have all the things to do in Paris. Still waiting on a question to be answered regarding tix blacked out for end of Aug for Musee d’ Orsay, but are available on Trip Advisor? I like that the site gives you the e-tickets immediately. Really great so far😎

They gave fully vegetarian menu on board for people like us. And that's amazing.

Had investigated a number of other site to buy tickets for the Moulin Rouge.
The name of this site gave me confidence for safe transactions. It was fast, easy. There was a slight time delay du to my location in Canada. Would recommend to others.

The boat cruise was nice and fun. The crew were kind and welcoming and the person talking during the tour was fun.

Fantastic customer service! I made an error in the date for a show I had booked. I called the Team and the service was excellent. The wrong tickets were cancelled and correct ones issued.

Unfortunately the river flooded whilst we were in Paris so riverboats tours were cancelled. Apart from that the booking was easy, directions were clear and team very helpful. Hoping to get the ticket date changed to when we next visit Paris in April.

We purchased Palace of Versailles Château de Versailles Entry Tickets - Palace only Ticket & Audio guide online. We selected an 11:30am time slot and then when we got to the palace we realised that the tickets that were emailed to us said 12:30pm, so we had to wait an hour in the cold with 2 little kids. Also we paid for audio guide but once presenting the tickets to the main desk we were informed the tickets didn't include the audio guide, however the lady was so kind to give us the audio free of charge. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

I am so happy cause I booked 4 tickets non refundable not change and I wrote them to allow me to change and they accept .it is very rare and thank you now I will just book with them cause they have very good prices. ZOITZA PERIFAN

1 it wasn't clearly how I can add more than one ticket to the basket, we tried any times before realized
2. I was very disappointed not to get barcode tickets, I buy online , I don't like spend my time standing at the register

We loved the dinner cruise with great food and nice staff people. The sights of Paris at night were spectacular!

The worst dinner cruise i have been on. We were supposed to go up the river to Notre Dame before turning around and returning, but instead we went down river passing absolutely zero sites and all we saw were people eating dinner in their homes and river boats. On top of that the dinner was bland and the chicken was very dry. The chocolate mousse was just a little bit of chocolate on top of a vanilla pudding. Very disappointing and would never recommend to anyone.

Le pire dîner-croisière auquel j'ai participé. Nous étions censés remonter la rivière jusqu'à Notre-Dame avant de faire demi-tour et de revenir, mais au lieu de cela, nous avons descendu la rivière en passant par absolument aucun site et tout ce que nous avons vu, ce sont des gens qui dînaient chez eux et sur des bateaux fluviaux. En plus de cela, le dîner était fade et le poulet était très sec. La mousse au chocolat était juste un peu de chocolat sur un pudding à la vanille. Très décevant et je ne le recommanderais à personne.

The service is terrible, I bought 2 tickets and I've been waiting for a week, I send an email and no one answers!...
