Sales staff have always given me a first class service from arranging my finance for me at great competitive rates and the cars have been great, my new used car I got on Friday comes with a 3 year extended warranty which is amazing. Absolutely brilliant, I was really hesitant at first buying a car in covid times, but college cars made it easy and delivered the car to me and everything was exactly as agreed and the car is great! Thanks to everyone at college!

Can't find fault with them, the sales went smoothly, the after care has been excellent and I have the car I wanted at a price I couldn't achieve elsewhere. Highly recommended.
The garage service are very efficient and when I have used them for my other car, it always came back clean and running smoothly.

Before buying the car I requested to drive it. I was told that I didn't need to worry as it has been driven by them and is fine. Call me gullible. I mentioned that the front screen demister wasn't working properly and was told it was actually fine. So, anyway, yup, I bought the car:( It smelt really strongly of mould, my usual car servicer and repairer pointed out a lot of rust underneath and suggested I use it for 12 months and sell it. A lot of knocking underneath the car which, 5 months later, I still can't afford to fix. Something to do with the steering column? Anti roll bar link? Which just have been spotted after my taking it back. Front screen demister still not working and they actually refused to fix it and even suggested I use my insurance to get it fixed. CD player is still faulty. Don't know how much that will cost either. Am I miserable? Sure am. Am I angry? You can be sure of it. Put the phone down on me despite my patience. I rang back and suggested that you can't speak to your customers that way. His excuse? We are busy, too busy looking after new customers and not even trying to please the ones they have I guess. So, I'm actually an easy going sort of fella and it wouldn't have cost much to keep me happy, so now I feel obliged to let others know what an awful experience I've had. I just don't know what do do. Can't afford the work on this car. Overspent on it already. Very dissatisfied ,angry,upset like so many others. This car will now, never be in full working order as I just don't have funds to do it. THIS VEHICLE LASTED 10 MONTHS. THE TURBO PACKED UP, SERIOUS OIL LEEK, MANY MOT FAILURES. PAID £2500 for this vehicle and after twelve 11/12 months I was lucky to sell it for 200 Pounds. I hate how this company will take no responsibility for the damage they do, to people and to peoples lives, mislead customers. 2500 pounds may not seem much to most people but for me it really was a lot of money. Sales people, in my opinion, are not sincere and honest, although, they come over as being such.
Please please please, stay clear of this company. Don't get burned like many of us already have. Just mention the name 'college motors' to others, friends, work associates and listen closely to there and my opinion.
Be careful eh. This purchase messed up our lives for a while, don't make the same mistake that I did.

Excellent pre and post sales experience. Have bought more than one car from here. For second hand cars can't fault them. Servicing etc always happy to discuss work needed or done.
