If I could put negative stars I would They said they delivered my package from France at 2:30 in the morning to a caregiver to hold until they could give it to me. There is no caregiver here. We did not receive the package. It was not in my mailbox. I could not email the company. It kept saying insufficient password insufficient email when I created the account and tried to email them. What a rip off. I have notified Musse D’Orsay about it. Hopefully, I will get my package.

People should avoid this service like a plague. The company is completely dysfunctional, nothing works there. The parcel, of course, never arrives but, the computer on the phone is adamant that the delivery is planned for last week and if you could give her a rating from 1 to 5 how happy it makes you…
Reclamations don’t work either, how could they if they blankly refuse to register one and rather keep sending you from post to pillar to look for your parcel… Pure madness.
