The girls at Colaz Southall are amazing and make you feel very comfortable during your appointment. They are very knowledgable and offer great advice depending on what you’re looking to achieve. I’ve been going there for many years and will continue to!

I am currently receiving laser treatments, facials, and liposuction services with them. However, I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. On a previous occasion, I canceled an appointment 24 hours in advance and was charged a £15 fee. Recently, due to an emergency, I informed them 35 hours before my scheduled appointment that I would not be able to attend, yet they still insisted on charging the cancellation fee.

My sister and I have been regular customers for months, but despite our loyalty, their lack of customer empathy is evident. I cannot recommend their services at all.

My daughter booked a laser package and only had 2 sessions out of 6 – on the second session they couldn't complete the full session as he arms were sensitive and she was advised to come back when they aren't so sensitive. She took a break due to the sensitivity to sun that she had developed and thought she might be ok and she’s try it again and use the sessions she had remaining. She contacted Southall Colaz (April) and they had booked in a patch test because it had been a while since her last appointment. Unfortunately she couldn't attend as she had an emergency. She decided it was probably better to transfer to me so that she doesn't lose the money already paid over £1000. When she contacted them to ask them if they could transfer, they said that the sessions had expired in February!! No one had said that to her when she contacted them in April, in fact they had even booked her in. They then said that they have a policy which is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable which means that they don't transfer to anyone. This is incorrect as I know for a fact that they do transfer because I know someone who they did transfer a laser package for previously which is why I didn’t think it would be an issue. Am extremely disappointed, hence this review, and like some of the other reviews I’ve read, it appears that once they have your money, that's it. Doesn't matter if the treatment doesn't suit you, you'll lose your money! Be careful what you sign-up for as all they will say is that “it’s in the terms and conditions and you signed it which indicates you understand all parts of the form and have agreed with all information provided” That’s their get-out clause for everything!! They also do not respond to emails promptly and you have to keep chasing numerous times - so be prepared!

In response to your reply: Re. "While we strive to accommodate our clients' needs, our policies on non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable sessions are in place to maintain the integrity of our services" - you haven't been consistent in applying this policy as you have "transferred" packages in the past. Also, if the package had expired, you should have informed of this before having booked the patch test as the receptionist knew this was being booked ahead of attending an appointment as part of the package.

I've been with colaz Hounslow since a few years and never been disappointed. Iliona is really good at her work!!! I trust her

I have had amazing results with my laser hair removal and my mum has also started laser. I am using the Alex machine and my mum is using the Yag machine. We are extremely happy with Priya & Nicole’s amazing service and how they have helped me gain more confidence as I had a lot of facial hair and I grown hairs. They take their time and listen to your concerns and all staff are lovely thank you

Unfortunately I purchased a
Hydrofacial
Package but the results were not great. My skin did not glow as well ad it should have and only for short period of time. I was seen by 3 different therapists all were not consistent and one wore gold bangles on her arm when she was doing my treatment! My last facial two facial's someone decided to start doing the hoover! Sp annoying!! Not professional place. Do not recommend at all.

AVOID. Even the management tell me how it’s gone down hill because they can’t find staff they find any random person. My experience across years:

1. Health and safety concerns - employees struggle to start the old faulty laser machines and coolers didn’t work many times leaving me In terrible pain. Even the employees gossip to me and other customers about how the equipment is bad compared to other places they’ve worked
2. Wrong laser settings - employees always change the machine settings to the wrong ones mid appointment, when they think it’s taking them too long, (because they’re always so late) to speed up the process which makes the treatment way less effective in stopping my hair growth
3. Employees try to cut corners - inconsistent laser beauticians rush and ask me if they can leave body parts as they complain full body laser (which I paid for!) takes too long and they’re tired. Not my fault they are late to appointments.
4. The 1 consistency is they are always very late :) and then they blame me in the appointment for my appointment ending later than it should
5. They lasered the wrong body part - after I politely asked about it in store they got very defensive said I can only hope some hair grows back. I didn’t get a refund.if it can grow back your hair removal isn’t very effective then
6. Health and safety issues again - many occasions I was not provided safety Glasses and had to ask. Aloe Vera or cooking gel has never been offered to me at the end as employees are dying to rush out the room. Again, we love to see the veryyy professional employees you hire after what must be a gruelling, thorough application process

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and infact NO Service at all! Greedy and Very disaapointing and rude. Shocking! Ownership has changed so many times!!! Once they take your money they don't care if they are unable to book your sessions due to no slots available. No apology and no response to emails/calls for years and years and then they say ownership has changed again and what you paid for has expired!? They only want to sell you more and more products. I would AVOID and if you want to be cheated and recive poor service then please go ahead. Happy to share more details/emails as i have spent so many years in just trying to contact them. Save your time, energy and money and go somewhere else!

Superb service, staff are friendly, thanks to Jovita always willing to assist and gives me better advice with my skin needs. I normally have a HydraFacial Platinum treatment which I loved the most, highly recommended. I would always loved to have my me time at Colaz, Hounslow Branch.

Southall colaz completely unprofessional, rude staff and management don't get back to you. Bought a package for hydrafacial they made my skin worse. And I have been going back and forth for 2 years. They are not giving me a refund and agreed to a package price and now saying they can't honour that. I think it's ridiculous and they trap customers for money and don't provide the service.

I have been having laser treatments from Colaz Southall and its the best choice I’ve made. I have had a very good experience so far. Initially I wasn’t completely sure of the benefits but after a thorough consultation with Nicole one of the managers there as due to a confusion initially enquired about on the types of treatments that would benefit me here at Colaz, she was able to explain these to me in more detail for myself and my daughter. I started with treatments as recommended and now, following my regular second treatment on my face forehead, neck, chin and the sides of my face, I can feel the difference with less growth of hair especially on the upper lip, sides of face and chin where it was most problematic. I feel more confident and energetic when I go out without being conscious of having to worry about having the odd hair showing up on the face now whereas before the need of using tweezers or threading and I even tried home laser treatment without much benefit. Priya at Colaz Southall has been a gem, and who has been looking after me at each of my appointments so far with good thorough advice and tips to better your skin as well. I recommend anyone wanting to have laser treatments should consider coming here. Thank you xx. Shabnam.

I was offered a 50% voucher and a free consultation for a skin tag removal I attended and was then advised the price was 3 times the amount discussed on the phone and the consultation was not even thorough really felt the so called consultant was interested and was asking me to prove who stated the price I was advised this took place in the Hounslow branch very poor do not attend here lacks honesty and care.

After being told I would get my remaining funds back from the liquidators, this isn’t going to happen. Do not buy your facials from this place. They are crooks! They sell you package deals and then refuse and give you lame excuses as to why you can’t get your money back, when they go bankrupt. Ridiculous!

absolute scam company and fake plus you just waste your money for nothing,, I’ve booked full laser hair removal and they charge me 1800£ for 8 sessions but my hair didn’t decrease even increase more and more .they are disrespectful and they wont taking any responsibility regarding customer treatment.

I had a Hydrafacial treatment at the Derby branch, and it has been the best experience for my skin. The manager was super kind and patient to answer all my queries whilst doing my treatment. She also explained how my skin reacts to the products and what kind of products are best for my skin too. Highly recommended, great location and very helpful staff too. I am very satisfied, will definitely come back for more treatments for sure.
