AVOID!!
I will be reporting both Colaz and Ceylon Care Ltd (and its owners) to HMRC for fraud and to my contact at the NCA for money laundering. I hope they get what is inevitably coming to them.
A word of warning to any potential customers considering purchasing treatments with other Colaz branches - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I agree with people who call it fraud.
The Harrow Branch. I paid £800 for laser treatment and they disappeared, they say they are renovating but that’s not what it seems like. I called one of their therapists with whom I was doing my treatments she said she didn’t get paid her wages and they were told to go complain to the metropolitan police. What a nerve they have! If you’re unable to provide the claimed treatments at least give people’s money back or send them to other branches. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour.

Immoral and unprofessional money scamming arse wipes!
I have 3 fully paid for packages with Colaz who closed in February for 2 months without letting me know in advance. My March appointment was not booked or confirmed so I called and the phone just rang out.
I called the Wembley branch who told me they getting renovated and to call a mobile and no one answers the mobile!
I then get a email saying I am a valued customer and I can book from March when they reopen. It is now 13th March, I have called everyday, every number I have and also emailed them numerous times and no one is coming back to me.
I paid a lot of money for my facial packages and have 6 treatments outstanding and I want my money back!
I will be going there to speak to this owner Ranga, in person who is ignoring my calls and emails. This is appalling, how can you take money and not honour the agreed service?
I see others are going through the same, maybe we can all arrange to be there together and undo all their new renovations!!! I am not happy at all!
30th March 2025 - Update and Response to the reply to my review. The packages were purchased with Colaz and for Colaz treatments. I have emailed and called them and they NOT responding to any emails or answering my calls. The premises are always closed so I can’t even speak to them face to face. They clearly not offering refunds, in fact we have a email from them suggesting other Colaz salons will honour our remaining treatments so long as we purchase another package with them. Trust is lost and refund is all I want now.

ceylon care/colaz FRAUD
The company colaz whom i made purchases for treatments have closed and subsequently taken over by a company called Ceylon care Ltd. They are holding customers money who have paid for treatments that they will not fulfil and giving customers false hopes that they were to supposedly reopen under a new brand on 1st March. The new lies we are being fed now is that the laser machines have been stolen! I did some research on the owner a Mr Ranga Samaratunga Ranasinghe who seems to be the director of other companies too with the same address. I believe this to be some form of money laundering where they have scammed many customers who have made purchases in store for services we are never going to get or be refunded for.

FRAUD
FRAUD! its quite literally just bullshit, why waste your money on this dog mess. To be a customer for 4 years and my condition is as bad as it used to be, not a SINGLE change is just disgusting. I was promised I was going to get better and I'm still where I started at. If anyone's reading this, please save your money, this place is a scam, why would you ever invest your money in a place that isn't even honest with you, go somewhere else. absolutely disgraceful practice.

Disgraceful - outstanding laser sessions and…
I have outstanding laser sessions and the company have not informed they have closed down! The phone number is no longer in use, read people in newsletter were contacted, shouldnt people who have paid substantial amount of money be contacted? I even went to the store luckily it someone was there and took my details and still no one has contacted me for over a month. Disgraceful way to treat paying customers.

Colaz Rayners Lane - Extremely unprofessional
I recently found out, through my friends that are also customers, that Colaz Rayners Lane has closed down. I think it is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of Colaz to not inform customers of their closure.
My friend tried to book an appointment for January in November and was told by staff that she could not as the branch would be closed for renovation, implying that it would be temporarily closed, rather than permanently closed.
Further, it’s been a nightmare trying to find the right people to contact. I still have a number of laser sessions, worth a significant amount of money, remaining, so have emailed Ceylon Ayurveda Ltd, who are yet to respond. It’s frustrating that there isn’t a contact number for us to speak to someone directly.

I would not even give one star
I would not even give one star. There was so many errors 1. They would book appts and never honour them. 2. Halfway through treatment, they closed and never bothered communicating with their customers, advising what happened. 3. Trying to get any further information out of the company was a pain. Noone knew what was going on. I would not recommend this place. There are plenty more places that can offer a good service. Very disappointing. Service is appalling and customer service is non existent like the clinic. They are happy to take your money and not fulfill what they are meant to do. Shambles

Reply for Colaz vague promises
Your response is deeply disappointing. Clients should have been notified individually, not just through a newsletter that many may not have received. You had all my details yet failed to communicate properly. Now, instead of taking responsibility, you’re making vague promises about rebooking, expecting clients to wait until March without clear guarantees.
This is unacceptable. I did not agree to these changes, and I want a refund for the two remaining sessions in my package. You cannot simply decide what to do with my money without my consent.

SCAM – Do Not Trust This Company Anymore! They Take Your Money and Disappear!
I purchased a laser treatment package from CoLaz Harrow (Rayners Lane) and had two sessions remaining when I unexpectedly discovered that the branch had closed down—without any prior notice. I have been a loyal customer since before COVID, so this level of unprofessionalism is extremely disappointing.
I only found out about the closure when I tried to reschedule my appointment 24 hours before my scheduled date on January 15th. The phone number was disconnected, and I later learned from the Wembley branch that they had only been informed a day before, just like the customer service team. However, this does not seem to be true, as reviews on Trustpilot reported the closure as early as the beginning of January.
To make matters worse, the Wembley branch provided me with an email address for a new clinic—Ceylon Ayurveda—which, according to Google Maps, is now operating in the same location where CoLaz Harrow used to be. They claimed that CoLaz Harrow was still operating there and assured me that someone would get back to me. I found this highly suspicious, but I still emailed them, hoping for a response. Unsurprisingly, I heard nothing.
I have repeatedly contacted CoLaz customer service and the Wembley branch, requesting a transfer of my remaining sessions, yet nothing has been done. Despite their constant assurances that someone would call me back, not a single call has been returned. I have spoken to Tara and several others (whose names I don’t recall), but none have provided any real answers or solutions—only empty promises and excuses.
Even now, some staff at the Wembley branch continue to mislead customers, insisting that we email Ceylon Ayurveda again (as I was repeatedly told) and claiming that the Harrow branch will reopen soon. Meanwhile, another staff member has said it is expected to reopen in March. If another business is already operating in that location, how is that possible? They really need to get their lies straight.
The Wembley branch keeps telling me that my calls are logged under my name in their system, yet they claim they don’t have access to my treatment details or session history, making it impossible for them to process the transfer. This raises serious concerns about how they manage their customer records.
There has been no formal apology, no email updates, no official notice, and no genuine effort to assist affected customers like myself. The complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this lack of professionalism is not new. There were many instances of poor service at CoLaz Harrow. Whenever I requested a late appointment due to work commitments, staff claimed that no late slots were available—yet they would offer me an alternative date when that particular staff member wasn’t even working, just so they could close early and leave.
I only realized this pattern because, on multiple occasions, they called me on the day of my appointment, asking me to come in earlier so they could shut the clinic early. This blatant disregard for customers’ time and commitments shows that they never valued or respected their clients.
The way CoLaz has handled this situation is completely unacceptable. Customers who have paid for treatments deserve transparency, communication, and respect. Instead, I have been ignored at every turn. If they cannot transfer my sessions, I expect a full refund for the money I paid, as I will now have to restart my treatments due to the excessive gap between sessions.
As someone who has been a customer since before COVID, I am appalled by the way CoLaz is treating loyal clients. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against choosing CoLaz if you value professionalism, honesty, and ethical service.

Update:
I have not received any emails from CoLaz since March 2024. More importantly, sending a routine newsletter is not an adequate way to inform customers about such a major change—especially those with scheduled appointments. Clients should have been contacted directly via phone, email, or text. It is unacceptable for customers to arrive and find the clinic closed without prior notice.
Additionally, during my recent phone conversations with CoLaz staff, I was told the branch closed urgently due to a water leak posing a health and safety risk. Now, I’m being told it’s simply a rebranding. Which is it?
I already emailed Ceylon Ayurveda on 14/01/2025 and never received a response. I mentioned this in my review, yet your reply ignores it and repeats the same empty promise. If customers are expected to reach out, there should be a reliable response system in place.
Additionally, what measures will CoLaz take to address the impact of delayed treatments? The gap between sessions affects results—will extra free sessions be provided?
Finally, is the clinic still part of CoLaz or not? If not, what happens to customers who purchased treatments under the CoLaz brand?
I look forward to your response.

Poor
Been a regular customer with Colaz in Southall for a few years now & recently they have been poor with appointments or doing cancellations.
I had two cancellations since Oct 2024 and as I was going on holiday it delayed my session even more later until January 2025. I tried to book another appointment for February 2025 and the best time is March which is ridiculous. You should be treating your customers better and giving availability to them first!!
Scammed ?!
Colaz Harrow has appeared to close with no notice - I have pre-paid for treatments and require a refund so please can someone contact me?

Meet the Dynamic Force @ Colaz Slough
Hi All,I started taking laser treatment at Colaz Slough since past couple of months before taking that I was afraid about it and have different reviews from so many people .Honestly people should give honest feedback it is not about your one time message it means a lot to someone new and as well for the reputation of the company .So people out there here is my honest review about Colaz Slough ,They are an amazing team of women who are giving faboulous services to all the women around there with good hospitality, patience and care .So ppl plz donot blame such wonderful ladies n girls team there who are making every womens life beautiful and making them feel proud of their body n themselves. They also give quite good discounts seasonally so cheers to such an amazing team who are giving back to the society.I donot know the names of the team members but one name I do remember is Anamika who is a little fairy who does her job excellently.Bottomline if you wana look good, feel good, have some time for yourself plz visit Colaz Slough...🥰🥰🥰Every individuals body is different and the treatment may react differently but for that the team should not be held responsible ...Show some empathy guys..😊😊They have different packages for different treatments and they give appointments as per your convinience and your comfort .They also send a reminder message before your treatment, incase ur bzy they also reschedule them if ur reasons are genuine but should be informed in advance which makes sense I believe. It is easy to take services and give negative feedbaxk but it is very tough to accept when someone blames the other persons hardwork .So if you have any doubts the team is alwys there for you they are there to help you n guide you .The machineries used are of latest technology and the treatment rooms are neat and clean.I would suggest they should put a feedback diary at the reception point so that ppl give honest reviews ...I would also suggest they should provide atleast some fresh juices or soft drinks for the customers .However,It is a one stop solution for all your worries ...and payback for your hard earned money ..They are trustworthy brand and the team 😇

I recently had a HydraFacial at this clinic, and I’m extremely impressed with the results! The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the entire process comfortable. My skin feels refreshed, smooth, and glowing—definitely a worthwhile treatment. My daughter has also been undergoing laser treatments here, and the results have been fantastic. The team is knowledgeable and ensures she feels at ease throughout her sessions. The clinic’s clean, modern atmosphere and excellent customer service make it stand out. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone seeking high-quality skincare services. We’re both very satisfied with our experiences!

The ladies at the desk are always very RUDE.
The ladies at the desk are always very RUDE. I wish i never went to this branch, each time while booking an appointment they are fussy and always booked fully. This time is the worst of all I had my appointment at 18:00 i was on time , a member of the staff took me to a room she was kind and polite her name is SARAH ! well I told her I am always uncomfortable with this machine and i am happy to move into another room she said the room is busy i said that is fine reschedule me for the other room she rudely said i can't promise you that you will get that room as a customer its my basic right , she could have said i will make a note when you will be due for your appointment you will get that room , but instead she said i can't guarantee that you will get that room , i again said whatever you are saying you are right on your end but i never made any complaints did I ? she said i don't know which was again very rude i said what you mean its my 5th treatment and you are telling me as if you don't know me? like seriously i am very disappointed very sad. They really don't know how to make a customer happy. very important thing i would like to add here the lady at the reception is no other than manger's sister, which is big question itself to the company's trademark. What a shame they have no respect for their customers. She argued a lot instead of adjusting or finding an alternate solution.
