Students encouraged to seek free lessons. This is an insult! Furthermore, you don't get paid. I was assured that I had earned 17 euros, but it did not appear in my nominated account. Never again.

The platform is a good idea and works in genera well until you do not face issues. I ve asked several times for the copy of some old payments and I never got feedback. I am frustrated by not receive any assistence from customare cares or better say customers don t cares

My opinion is about the site and the supposed support from them, not about the teacher. I asked for a refund to my bank account. I got all the information in an email on how to do this and when the money should come. Unfortunately, I did not receive the transfer on the date they provided me. Furthermore, after trying to contact them again, I do not receive a reply. Zero. Nothing. When, after about 2 weeks, I reprimanded them and wrote a negative review, they decided to get back to me. What a surprise! Service is a drama. And if they offer a refund and you can't get it then what is that? If I had not asked, I would not have received my money. They didn't even apologize for the whole situation. No respect, completely. I do not recommend it!
