Absolutely love these boxes, so excited when they are out for delivery to see the amazing products I receive! X

Products are getting repetitive which is a shame as they are quality but you don’t want the same things again and again

I used to love the delivery of my Cohorted box, beautifully presented in a smart, sturdy box which exuded quality. The products now arrive thrown in a flimsier cheap cardboard flat pack box with either some brown packing paper or shredded paper -this month after I contacted customer support to voice my disappointment. Apparently this new packaging is supposed to be more eco friendly, but if feels like a cost cutting measure.

Absolutely awful, the last 6 months terrible awful packaging cheap products each month I give you another chance I have not even received this months and it the 10 th of April. I use to look forward to the box each month and now it’s always dissatisfaction not luxury at all

Disappointed with the items received. I paid for the beauty box £39.99 per month. It was advertised dishonesty, showcasing multiple items of different premium brands. I thought what a bargain and a great way to try new brands.. RECEIVED first box which is the same brand just different items, this is not what was advertised to me. If I wanted the one brand box I could have purchased it. I also dont understand why you pay a month in advance?.

Lovely website to visit & peruse, if you are interested in beauty boxes. I initially purchased the "mystery box" & found it so good I then ordered 2 others, letterbox & another themed one.
The items are great sizes & very good quality.
I would have purchased a subscription, but I noticed a lot of a make-up included & as I do not wear any at all, this would be a waste for me.

Haircare is not for me, but the gummies are actually quite tasty. I purchased a Cohorted one off Avant box recently so I am a bit concerned I may end up with a subscription Avant themed box due to what is available on their website.

Additionally, not impressed with the little to no availability of the one off boxes. When you first see the variety of boxes to chose from it looks great, but when you go to select one they are sold out. Cohorted, please replenish your stock and only advertise and display boxes we can actually buy, this is not a luxury experience it is disappointing.

I've had some brilliant boxes and then BAM! Gone are the lovely, black boxes, the ones that made you feel a bit special. Instead, the samples are dumped on a piece of brown packaging paper and wrapped in the sort of box you'd send a faulty toy back to Amazon in. No explanation, no management of that change, just, 'here's your shitty box.' Cohorted, tell us what's going on!

Unfortunately, this subscription box is no longer worth the monthly cost. This month's box once again contained products I had already received within the past 4 months. I have one more box coming but I've cancelled my subscription as it just isn't worth it anymore. Very disappointing.

Having received a box with a broken bottle of perfume that spoiled the rest of the contents, and a second product with a broken lid, I wasn’t impressed to begin with. The products were disappointing too. I requested to cancel my subscription but received a second box containing Avant products. I use Avant a lot but wouldn’t have wanted these products as they replicated items I had from the advent calendar, and they were the less desirable products too. These boxes are not worth the money. There are other boxes that are better value with better products. Disappointing and misleading.

Very disapointing my beauty box was full of samples and one full sized product. Box arrived quickly and safely but that's it. Won't be purchasing again!

I've been receiving Cohorted boxes for years but have been disappointed with what I've received a lot recently. I'll be cancelling after receiving my latest box yesterday; it contained three things I've already received in the last few months. I've also received one box that was completely full of products for thinning hair which is something I don't have an issue with, quite the opposite in fact.

Ive subscribed to many beauty subscriptions over the years ....but cohorted is the only one I wouldn't want to live without! They always have such nice high end products and all the smaller (cheaper) boxes tend to cycle the same products from company to company, whereas with cohorted you're often getting full size products and apart from firm favourites like the brand avant (which I love) and a few others....its fairly rare to get repeats & I hope it stays that way! ❤️😏❤️🙏

Really gorgeous products and great value whether the bigger or smaller boxes. I always feel a boost when receiving them!

I’ve had an email asking me to write a review for an order I haven’t received despite it being ordered 10 days ago. It’s mystery box and not a subscription so I was expecting prompt delivery. I’ve had no response to my follow up email either. Enough said.

I purchased a box 2 months ago it was a one off box with Eve Lom. It was great value and promptly arrived well packaged.
I then decided to do the mystery box subscription. You get a sneak peak and so far the contents have been great value and great products. The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay in advance by one month but other than that I can’t fault the service and contents.
There are loads of beauty boxes out there but this one has high value products. 😀

Not as good as it used to be - the calibre of the products seems poorer. There have been two boxes full of haircare within a short space of time. I preferred it when there were innovative, new makeup products and expensive skincare. There has been a bit too much shampoo, toner (which hardly anyone uses) and cleansing oil.

Incredible value for money with such fantastic, very high quality products in proper sizes and a huge variety too
