Bosch coffee dripper
I bought a Bosch coffee dripper from CoffeeFriend two weeks ago; the product came within a week, new as described, and it even came with the UK plug adaptor! No issues with delivery or the product itself. I am confident in recommending this company. Happy shopping!

Ordered a Bosch coffee filter machine on a Sunday and whilst a delivery date of several days was anticipated the machine arrived on Tuesday. I was impressed! It was the best price for the model I could find and the machine is working well. The machine cup sizes are small but that is a function of the machine.

It would have been 5 stars but the communication was lacking as it was longer delivery than expected - we wondered if it was dodgy as it went very quiet but the machine arrived (phew!). Know What Happens When Something Goes Wrong
I purchased a Fellow kettle in March 2025, drawn in by its premium design and the reassurance of a 24-month warranty. After just over a year of normal use by two adults, the wooden lid knob split around the steam vent and became progressively loose — making the kettle unsafe to use.
The fault itself is a little disappointing for such a product, but what has been genuinely unacceptable, is the after-sales experience.
I reported the issue in May with photographs and proof of purchase. I was told a replacement lid would be dispatched from the EU warehouse. Weeks later, I am still waiting. Every time I follow up, I receive the same non-committal response — they will “look into it” — with no timeline, no resolution, and no accountability.
The situation has become so drawn out that I have had to buy a cheap supermarket kettle just to have a working one in my home while a warranty claim sits unresolved.
Any product can develop a fault. What defines a company is how it responds when that happens.
We have now approached Fellow directly and had we been advised to do this at the beginning, we would have been happy to do so, instead we have had weeks of chasing emails with still no results. Based on my experience, this company has handled this extremely poorly and I would not purchase anything from them in the future.
If you are considering a purchase from this company, I would strongly urge you to factor in the level of support you may, or in my case may not receive if something goes wrong — because it may matter more than the product itself..
