I have placed an order CUK-25211224-COC.I did not get all the items I received. I have numerously asked if I am able to refund the order and after a few weeks I am yet awaiting a reply.

Customs Warning! UK site but ships from France
Using a .co.uk address yet shipping from France. Did NOT include any customs/duties/etc. Result is a bill from FEDEX for an effective 33% markup. While there is a small note "duties may apply" - NO mention of exorbitant fees from FEDEX - twice the shipping cost
Total order $190, Shipping $38, FEDEX duties/fees $63! Only $19 was for customs

They have great products but they’re terrible
They have great products and they shipped quickly however they used a different shipping than checkout specified which resulted in an astronomical cost on my end when the package was delivered. They were very unengaged when I reached out and ignored my messages all but one time. Will never use them again.
