Ordered giant Easter egg unfortunately…

Ordered giant Easter egg unfortunately arrived shattered which happened in transit by courier
Contacted customer services had reply with a solution which is above what I expected amazing company nothing was to much trouble
Even though the breakage wasn’t the company fault the resolved it straight away amazing country deal with and even more amazing chocolate thank you mick

Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with. Postage always quick,queries are answered quickly and personally.
Most of all the chocolate is delicious especially the cocoa dusted salted toffee truffles, a real treat! Highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Seriously impressive looking giant egg

Really good value (especially with introductory discount) giant Easter egg that will go down a storm at our party! It’s truly huge and impressive-looking.

Unfortunately my first egg arrived completely shattered. I was worried about requesting a replacement especially as there is no customer service telephone number, but I received a response to my email within 48 hours from an actual person (Louise). I was able to arrange for Royal Mail to collect the first one and was sent a replacement promptly. So all ok, and thanks to Louise.

Great quality chocolate. Small family run business, deserves to be supported.

Really Really Tasty Chocolate!

I’ve ordered from CocoBa Chocolate a few times now and I’m always impressed with the quality. Their Salted Caramel truffles are AWESOME! Perfect for gifts or treating yourself... Delivery is always quick and really nice packaging. Their team are friendly and helpful if you need to get in touch, and they’ve sorted things out professionally when needed.

I’d definitely recommend them for anyone who loves great chocolate.

Still have not recieved my order!!!

Still have not recieved my order from this company...royal mail just do not seem to want to deliver this item. Each time they say its out for delivery its not delivered been ages now and still no order. Have been told they have sent it out again but still no order..i paid for tracked 48!!!! This has put me off ever ordering again. Sort my order out!!!

Amazing chocolate

I've ordered from this company a number of times mainly for the chocolate spoons - they are amazing. The quality of the chocolate is top notch - very smooth and feels luxurious. One of the recipients of the chocolate spoons reached out to me asking where I get these as it's also the best chocolate he's ever tasted!

No customer service whatsoever

No customer service whatsoever. Bought the Mystery box for£24.50 which said was £70 of chocolate. When it arrived I checked items against the 50% off sale and the value was just over £30. When I queried it I was told that even though all the goods were short date and 50%off online, they were using full price to value the goods in the box, what an absolute con !!!

Excellent Service, High Quality Items

I’ve been using Cocoba for around 4–5 years now, usually ordering at Christmas or for birthdays. The chocolate always tastes fantastic, and delivery has consistently been quick and reliable. The presentation is excellent, making it ideal for gifts. A particular favourite is their large jar of milk chocolate buttons, which always goes down well and makes a great present.

Wicked hot chocolate bombs …

I have just received my order yesterday wicked hot chocolate bombs and spoons I can’t wait to give them to my daughter on Christmas Eve I now wish I’d ordered a few more
Delivery was a bit longer than website stated however it is Christmas and I did receive an email apologising for this and assuring it was to arrive before Christmas so was not a problem at all and feel the reviews about delivery unfair as they are a small business after all

I've ordered from these guys before…

I’ve ordered from this company before without any problems, but this time has been a completely different experience. I placed an order on December 1st with an expected delivery time of 3–5 days. It’s now December 9th, and my order still shows as “unfulfilled” on their website. I contacted customer service and was told that they’re very busy—which is understandable at this time of year—and that my order was being prioritised, as I need it by December 11th. However, there’s still no update to indicate that it’s been picked or dispatched. Instead, I received a generic email from the CEO explaining how busy they are, that they’re a small family business, and that orders will arrive in time for the big day. Unfortunately, I need my order before the big day, and it’s clear it won’t arrive in time. I’ll be requesting a refund and purchasing elsewhere.

DON'T ORDER, A DISGRACE OF A COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would give this a big fat 0 but unfortunately you have to give it something to be able to post,
After placing an order over a week ago it is still on unfulfilled,
I've contacted them by email and all i get back is a generated reply saying they would get back, still no reply, the only phone number is for their coffee shop and they won't give you their head office number or even a number you can call,
I just wished I'd read the reviews on here first before ordering
I've had to contact my bank for them to get my money back.
