Clothes sizing is alarmingly random, presumably dependent upon which supplier is manufacturing garments.
Customer service could try harder too in my experience.

Scam company- stolen £76 from me
BEWARE

As with everyone else, thought it was the Coast website, ordered, paid and nothing. SCAM site. Disappointed Google have not taken the site down

Agree with all of the reviews shown got hooked in by them thinking they were the official coast store , they never responded to any emails I sent them although they were quick enough to take my money

FAKE COMPANY! They scam you out of your hard earned money. It's been almost two weeks since I ordered a top from them and they have taken my money and no one has communicated with me about where my parcel is. I have contacted the customer service team severally and till date no one has gotten back to me. They are SCAMMERS!

I have also been scammed by them. Ordered a dress and received a fake pair of sunglasses. They are refusing to refund.

FAKE SCAM SITE luckily for me my credit card got the money back from them. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED, and then they will only offer you 30% refund, don’t accept that go through your bank they will get 100% back for you and hopefully these scam sites will start to be out of pocket from paying delivery charges and supplying fake glasses they don’t get back!

Ordered a dress. 2 months later I got a pair of fake sunglasses from them! Scam. Fortunately my bank picked up on it so I was not charged

Any idea if they can debit my account if I didn’t give bank details? As I have an email saying I have ordered from them after looking online, I got as far as putting in my address and phone number before realising it was a scam but have an email to say I have ordered the item!

Avoid avoid avoid scam company not coast, took money and didnt refund even though I cancelled order not long after placing it.

They are a SCAM Company!

They take money from your bank account for your online order. They make you wait several weeks. Then they say they have delievered your items (which is a lie) and they send you ramdom chinese products like sunglasses or other things and then they say: "Sorry this is not one of our products. We sell dresses", so they get away with it and keep your money!

I have raised a legal action against them and informed the Action Fraud Service..

Please do not buy from this company! Avoid!
