It's a third time we have booked with 'Coastal Cottages' very easy to book and we have phoned their office to enquire about our stays in the past and they were very good answering any concerns.

Change of booking
I needed to change my booking because I realised that the original location wasn’t suitable for my dog. We were switched to a nearby cottage with no problems. The issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Booking the holiday was quick and easy on line. I had a query regarding my final invoice and my email was replied to the next day. Fast and efficent service. I have used Coastal Cottages Pembrokshire for many years and keep returning due to the hassel free booking system and lovely holiday accomadation.

Coastal cottages website is uncomplicated and easy to navigate making comparisons between properties simple. Just about everything you might need to know is laid out in sufficient detail to allow an informed choice to be made. Then a couple of clicks sorts out the booking process. All very straightforward.

Seamless experience as ever booking with Coastal Cottages. That's the reason I've been using them for a good 15 years or more!

Payment failed initially.
I usually have no difficulty booking online on this website, which is normally easy and straightforward. However, on this occasion, the online booking process failed three times. I used two different credit cards and input a OTP each time. The error message said the processing of my payment failed.
I tried again several hours later and was successful.
