I bought a co2 kit for my aquarium about 18 months ago that has worked great since but recently developed a leak. I messaged them for some help trying to workout where it may be coming from and to source the required seal. I got a really quick response with tips to check which worked perfectly and resolved my leak with no parts required. Great product originally but even better was the customer service a long way down the line. Defo recommend this company.

Excellent support. It turned out that connecting a CO2 tank to a soda water dispenser has several stumbling blocks for someone unfamiliar with doing this. Martin was very helpful and responsive. For people like me, well worth buying from him than cheaper sources offering no support.

I recently started a new heavily planted aquarium (approx 250L volume) and while researching some of the equipment needed to sustain healthy plant growth I came across artificial CO2 injection. It wasn’t something I’d used before on low tech setups but I was interested to try it this time.

While looking at options I had a few requirements. Firstly, since the setup sits in a prominent location I have tried to minimise visible equipment so I wanted an inline diffuser. Secondly, I don’t have easy access to a gas merchant so wanted to use a more available source like welding or sodastream bottles. CO2 Supermarket offered a package that included all of these as options which appealed to me more than going to many retailers whose products may not be compatible. Judging by reviews they also seemed reputable which given the risks associated with high pressure systems was important to me.

With a rough idea of the equipment needed I did have a few questions on specific items. I reached out using the contact form with my requirements and a list of questions, Martin was quick to respond with comprehensive answers to my queries. He didn’t choose to take my query as a marketing opportunity and provided honest suggestions that were often cheaper than the original options I had been looking at while remaining suitable for my setup.

Being confident in what I wanted to order I purchased the single stage package with the sodastream adapter and bazooka inline atomiser. Alongside this I also ordered some scissors and tweezers as the prices were reasonable though these have no relation to the CO2 system. Everything was dispatched very quickly with Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm which was included in the purchase price. I always appreciate companies using more reliable delivery companies and/or services, a cheaper option could have been used but they didn’t which again shows an excellent level of care. Everything was very well packaged with dense foam and thick cardboard so arrived in immaculate condition.

Once everything arrived, setup was very simple with the videos provided which were included in an email sent after purchase but can also be found on their website. I did have a few points to clarify and again Martin was quick to respond and very helpful.

At the time of writing I’ve been using the system for about one and a half weeks. I have made a few adjustments like adding a second check valve and refilling the water in the bubble counter but overall the system has been working extremely well. The sodastream adapter was very easy to use and the entire unit sits neatly inside my aquarium cabinet with the diffuser on my filter outflow and solanoid connected to a timer plug. The impact on my plants is clear, my Rotala have developed thick submerged leaves and needed trimming twice already. Other plants have also been doing very well despite how new the tank still is.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase. At every stage, support was fast and comprehensive no matter the query. I would strongly recommend CO2 supermarket to anyone interested in either setting up a new aquarium with CO2 injection or adding it to an existing setup.

Very friendly and helpful support for someone who isn't all that handy with new equipment. The equipment arrived whole and safe in Sweden. No problem installing it except for some slight technical issues on my part. Thus the extra star for such a welcoming support from Martin.

Had my planted aquarium for nearly 3 years now and I've had very good success. Although lately I have noticed my plants struggling a bit. I was determined to stay low tech, no CO2 but I finally changed my mind and thought I would go for it! I sent off an email asking a few questions about which kit to go for etc. I'm totally new to the whole CO2 set up so I felt clueless. I got helpful replies to all my questions, even an after sales question I had. I set the kit up and it's working perfectly and my drop checker is constant green. So I'm very happy with the set up. Everything was packed extremely well and you can tell it's very good quality. I got the advanced disposable cylinder adapter as it's so handy being able to get the cylinders from Toolstation just down the road. It was good having worded instructions and YouTube video instructions too.

Had a really great experience on two separate orders with CO2 supermarket. I have the nano kit and the pro kit for a larger tank. Always had super fast responses, advice on which co2 bottles to buy, great instructions and specific help on the one issue I had (which was totally user error). This is my go to company for anything co2 for my tanks and I would highly recommend, especially if you’re new to co2, their kits and instructions make everything simple even for beginners.

A cylinder filler started leaking so I contacted the company about a replacement. They responded quickly saying there were spares in the pack and also gave me helpful hints on how to replace the failed O rings. This made the job both easy and quick. Thank you Martin

After having bought a cheaper annd as it turned out totally useless (it didnt work) twin guage on Amazon I found this company and so glad I did! ok so you pay just a bit more but the quality of the construction and the accuracy of working I can fully reccommend buying whatever you need for your co2 applications.
