The best company by far I've ever dealt with, the customer support was excellent and helped me pinpoint my issues and the delivery service to Glasgow was only one day from start to finish. The products are excellent and in the years I've dealt with them I've never had a product faulty

After experiencing a catastrophic CO2 dump with a 10yr old single stage regulator, I was advised to replace the regulator, solenoid and needle valve as one item. I bought the dual stage regulator set. It is a really solid piece of kit. There was as initial problem with the solenoid, but the company advised a simple remedy - a drop of oil to the steel shaft of the solenoid with clear instructions on how to do it. Now working perfectly, the needle valve is easier to control than the last set-up. Incidentally since I installed this tank 5 years ago, I have only bought plants twice, the growth is so lush I have to regularly thin it out.

The filling adapter for carbonated drinks machines works well. The tech help was great. I bought the wrong type of C02 which C02suppermarket identified as the problem straight away. You will need to buy Liquid C02 by the way and Adams Gas is also a great supplier and have dealers around the country.

Brilliant customer service. I had a few questions before purchasing and Martin was more than helpful in assisting me and pointing me in the right direction of what I needed.

Everything is working well with my co2 system and my aquarium plants are growing quickly. I had some queries during set up which Martin responded to quickly and sorted the problem. Great service.

All together a great experience. Being new to the c02 world,ordered the Ultimate-Pro Dual Stage CO2 System. Was not disappointed. Great quality product,alot of information sent on setup via email on dispatched, which I really liked. Made life alot easier. Only bad point wish I knew spanner was included,spent a hour looking for my adjustable later finding a spanner supplied, another real nice touch. Can't praise enough.

Clear website with very good explanations on each item. Great email communication with links to videos on how to set up the system.

I was getting a little ticked with my sodastream machine leaking CO2 every time I pushed the button. I worked out that I needed a new o ring gasket thingummy (can you tell I'm not technical) and found CO2 supermarket that let me buy just one for a very small fee. The gasket ring was with me two days later. I have now got a fully working Sodastream machine again. Yyyyaaayyyy. Thanks guys, thumbs up for the service and cost.

Very helpful in sorting my issues with equipment

I had some excellent help from CO2 supermarket last year when I was looking to connect my soda stream directly to a large CO2 cylinder and with their advice found what I needed successfully as a result. I had some more queries on this topic recently and turned to their customer service team for help once again. And I have been delighted to have had all my queries answered with patience and courtesy. Most grateful for the help. A very useful resource indeed.

Co2 bundle was delivered on time and in great packaging. I was a bit unfortunate to get a defective diffuser but this was purely manufacturing and nothing to do with CO2 Supermarket. Having said that, I contacted customer support and they had a replacement unit sent out straight away. Brilliant service. Many thanks.

CO2 super market, fantastic selection of products. Products I have ordered have arrived in good time and well packaged and of good quality.

Make sure you read and study the photos of the products, one I did order was much bigger than I anticipated.

If I had to nip pick. Adding photos with some sort of scale would help for us new people to the hobby trying to work out if the product is suitable.

Other than that, will definitely continue to order through this site. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication, excellent instructions on set up, recommended

I had some issues with my new regulator, but customer service has been top notch. They sent me a replacement part which has solved my issue. Very helpful and knowledgeable, and they reply usually well within 24hrs. Would buy from them again based on product quality & their customer service! Thank you for your help.
