I've used Co-Wheels for many years, cars are good quality, easy to use and the team are really helpful online and/or on the phone in case of any problems or queries. Highly recommended.

I'm using it for year when I need a car on weekly basis.

Amazing customer service and very helpful and flexible booking system

I had an issue with accessing my vehicle, that was entirely my fault.
Aaron from.the co wheels support team when above and beyond to help me and ensure I was able to travel and visit my newly born niece.

I literally cannot express my gratitude to him, he was so humble. Undoubtedly, the nicest guys I've ever delt with.

You don't get to see the hire charges unless you pay a fee to join. Trying to jump through all the hurdles is impossible such as uploading your driving license image on their buggy iphone app. They sidestep the online 14 day cooling off period by simply stating on the app your "account deletion is pending".

Co Wheels is a great service and has really great communication skills. They always answer queries and can also be talked to by phone.

Always someone helpful on email or the phone if you've got a problem.

I gave Co-Wheels a try and was very impressed.
I had issues with other users not re-fuelling the car we were using but I would recommend that people give Co-Wheels a try.
The 'after care' from all of the staff has been positive and very helpful when I have had queries. Thank you.

The customer service is excellent but it’s frustrating that the annual licence recheck only becomes an issue when I make a booking. It would be better if I was notified ahead of time so that I can get it done before I need to make a booking

We've opened an account with Co Wheels, but never had an opportunity to use it. Their customer service is amazing - they are always available, understanding and helpful. Once we had a chance to use it, I'll update my review.

I was impressed that the team responded to my request (to expedite the annual check of my driving licence) outside normal office hours.

I have used co-wheels for a few years now and I have been very happy with the car's and found it very easy to access the car's and availability for them. I'm sorry to leave now but I have a new car with insurance with replacement if anything happens whilst it gets repaired or replaced. But I would like to return in the future if I need to, so thanks for letting me a member of your car club.

5 star service by Common Wheels today and a special mention to Gareth who very quickly and efficiently resolved my issue. Super service.

Recently used the electric MG5 from Bethesda, it was the best driving experience I've ever had. Beautifully smooth, comfortable and powerful too. Enough space to move my girlfriend and all of her stuff out of her uni house and enough range to get us all the way to her grandparents' in South Wales! I've just used their customer support chat, and while the genAI robot is pretty dumb, it did quickly ask me if I wanted to speak to a human. After waiting only a few seconds I was connected with Gareth and he actioned my request immediately. Will be using again.

Been with co-wheels years now - the best bunch of people doing great things to help people stay mobile, green & lean!

I've been a member of CoWheels for several years, and it has been great for helping me not need to own a car. It's had some teething issues, but they are always at the end of a phone and happy to help, and thankfully it all seems to run smoothly now. Thanks

There was an issue with the car I originally booked but Zoe was so quick to help me. She was so friendly over the phone.
I later discovered an issue with the mileage cost and Kyle was super quick to respond and resolve the issue for me.
I am so grateful for their help! I have confidence in this company and will definitely recommend to my friends and family!
