Sadly disappointed!
I was told this company was reputable but they have wasted my time & money for a month. I ordered several bike parts and the initial delivery date was a week later on the webpage.
Checked back and the delivery date was 4 months later with no notification from them. Queried and was told I had to cancel one part. Waited 4 weeks, then queried again and was told the balance of the parts will take a further 4 months....! PLUS I'm still waiting for the refund for the cancelled part.
5 weeks on I have no parts forthcoming and wish I had ordered from Megazip in the States! My parts would have been delivered already.
More than 5 working days AFTER they said I would be refunded and still nothing in my account. Order 222445. Be very careful people - this company is supposed to be reputable!
Edit: I have to admit when prompted, CMS responds if only days/weeks later. I'm now hoping to see that refund 2 months after I paid them.
Further edit: It just keeps getting worse. Now I have been refunded short. This company needs me to provide proof of payment - which they will have in their banking records - doesn't respond to emails. We have some terrible companies in Africa but this is as bad if not worse than any of them.
Further EDIT: CMS is refusing to supply a Statement for the shortfall in refund. They are trying to say it is banking fees? Those are charged separately. All I can say is this company are thieves refusing to refund the shipping I paid for.

I was supplied a new tachometer
I was supplied a new tachometer that I found to be faulty.
Raised a ticket and advised what my issue was.
This issue has now been outstanding for over 4 months.
When asking for updates I received no answer.
Totally ghosted.
Very unprofessional.
