This is my second dealing with close brothers and have to say it has been one of the easiest companies to deal with for finance, along with an easy access login account where I can check, update and pay as well as my direct debit, always had a good response from them too

The world is full of thieves , how many times I tried to log in to my account, email this company and tried to call them to change my bank details for them to ignore me . Then get a £25 charge for a late payment. If you would have replied to me or sent me the link to log in , it would have saved me the £25 fee. A company robbing of someone who's living hand to mouth because he's not able to work . Disgusting that you havent even been InTouch since my last post . Money grabbers

Terrible, worst finance company. They take ages to contact you back or don’t at all, they tell you lies and then don’t give you your money back when you’re entitled to it. I would advise to never use them. They take absolutely ages to resolve issues.

My finance agreement is at end and unfortunately I am currently not working and I don't have the £6500 final payment , I have called close brothers about 4 occasion to discuss my options , I HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT NOT EVEN 1 DAY IN THE LAST 4 YEARS and NO-ONE advanced me that I had the option of selling the car privately and the pay them the money owned , I called today 8 July 2025 at 2.30pm and spoke with Paul who explained it all to me and gave me all my options including that I am able to sell the car privately. The staffs should all be trained by Paul and stop making it difficult .

Had a problem with my car and wanted to write a complaint and see about if I could get a refund I spoke to a really nice man called Conwall that’s gave me as much help as I could ask for and pointed me In the write direction and made the complaint for me would highly recommend financing with these guy they are great

From start to finish my experience with Close Brothers Group was absolutely superb and if I need finance again I will not hesitate in getting in touch with them.Thanks to all the staff.

My experience with Close Brothers was very disappointing. Shortly after purchasing a car using their finance, the car developed a major engine fault and had to be returned. Instead of receiving the support I expected, I found myself chasing updates and dealing with most of the process on my own.

The communication was slow, with every enquiry resulting in the same standard response and delays of several days before anyone got back to me. Although the finance agreement was cancelled after the car was returned, I am still waiting for the refund of a payment that was taken. I have since been told the account shows a zero balance and that no refund is due, despite my concerns.

What made the experience even more frustrating was being warned about possible late payment charges after the agreement had already been unwound. The customer service representatives were courteous and professional, but they seemed unable to resolve issues or provide clear answers.
Everything may seem straightforward until a problem arises, but when it did, the level of support and speed of resolution fell well below my expectations.
Now I am waiting on responses to claims on previous PCPs based on the commission payments in the past that everyone is going on about.
I would not choose them again.

It was easy to to complete everything, the person i dealt with was awesome and made things very clear and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
