My Tesla unfortunately failed its MOT due to the bushings. I had limited time to get them fixed and went into utter panic. Cleevely were nothing short of amazing. Shannon Scott responded so fast, helped in every way, and got me a booking sorted within record time! Brad the technician was awesome, came, fixed, chatted, left. Job done. Honestly a 10/10 service and will always be my first port of call for anything Tesla related, or EV for that matter. Thanks Cleevely!

Best EV mechanics ever! I used the mobile service in the Kent area. Big shout out to Darren the mechanic who did an amazing job with a major service and wheel bearing replacement! Even though it's a mobile service, they were cheaper than ALL my local garages. Usually, in life, you only get what you pay for.... but not in this case! A very thorough job was done.

I recently had my Tesla Model Y serviced by Cleevely EV Mobile and also opted for their "Full HEPA" filter package, which was described as providing the "best defence against pollution, odours, and particulates". The filters fitted were aftermarket parts, though this wasn't clearly stated at the time.

After the service, I noticed a significant increase in exhaust fumes and external smells entering the cabin. I later replaced the filters myself with genuine Tesla HEPA and carbon filters, and the difference was immediately noticeable - the genuine filters block fumes and odours far more effectively.

I contacted Cleevely to explain the issue, but after multiple emails they maintained that the aftermarket filters met the required specification and declined to offer a partial refund or goodwill gesture.

It's possible I received a poor batch of aftermarket filters, or that their performance simply isn't comparable to the genuine Tesla filters. In any case, I would advise others to think carefully before paying for the full HEPA filter package (£145 + VAT).

Buying the genuine HEPA and carbon filters directly from Tesla (£95 inc. VAT online, or £90 from a Tesla service center) and installing them yourself is straightforward - they're fairly easy to fit in the frunk if you have the necessary tools.

While Cleevely were polite and prompt in their responses, I was disappointed that the issue with the aftermarket filters wasn't properly acknowledged or resolved.

I had a major fault with my vehicle that left me unable to drive it. I contacted Cleevely and they accepted the vehicle immediately with no booking and looked at I the following day and provided a full, detailed quotation. I was kept up to date at every step and their communication was helpful and informative. The service from Joe in particular has been outstanding. It's very difficult to find a good, reliable garage but Cleevely are head and shoulders above the rest. Highly recommend them.

Just had both bushes changed in the rear knuckle assemblies of my Tesla model 3.
Tesla had quoted a very high price, a 3rd party garage messed me around for months and then quoted higher than Tesla.
I found cleeverly EV through a Reddit post and I’m very glad I did!
Contacting their mobile service was easy, they knew exactly what needed doing. Price quoted was slightly higher than that from their workshop, but that’s expected given they came and did the work at my house! Their price though was less than half of what Tesla had quoted!

James turned up on time, was an absolute pleasure to chat to while he did the work! He even spotted that another component in the suspension had worn and needed replacing. He showed me the wear and showed me a new part to highlight the difference.
As he had the part on the van he got the office to send me a quote for the work to be done there and then, the price was quite reasonable especially to do both sides!

Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! It’s a shame I’ve had 6 years of Tesla ownership before finding this company!

Very professional end-of-warranty service and inspection of my Tesla at my home address. Paul produced a detailed report which was used to book a Tesla service the next day. Tesla replaced worn suspension parts and a delaminated steering wheel under warranty. Great value for money.

Damaged the driveway due to the jack used and lack of protection, causing multiple deep indentations. Their view was it was either down to the surface (3 year old tarmac drive laid to British standard) or due to temperatures reaching 20 degrees on the run up (tarmac doesn't soften until 50 degrees). Service is not worth the risk of damages to the property, so wouldn't recommend.

First class experience from initial contact with office through to the mechanic who came out. Way better than our experience at dealership which we will never use aagin!

Had a fantastic experience with Craig from Cleevely Mobile West Scotland. He was professional, highly knowledgeable, and an absolute legend when it came to diagnosing issues with my Tesla. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to get several problems fixed under Tesla warranty. Saved me a lot of hassle and money. I highly recommend Cleevely and will definitely be using their services again in the future.

last month used mobile service for my BMW EV, as i didnt want to pay their prices,guy came out for £130 looked at the car for 5 minutes then said i need to take it to there service centre 172 miles from where i live as nothing he could do via mobile service, no number to ring them on only email which takes them 2 to 4 days to reply too. not good enough i only booked them as i heard good reviews but then again none of them were verified so could have been written by staff etc so in the end called BMW main dealers who rectified a simple fault at a surprisingly low price,and they have a phone to contact them on so looks like i will be sticking with the main dealers in future, its like the old saying goes , "if you want a bricklayer you dont call out a plumber". NEVER AGAIN.

Bought a Kia e-Niro from a car supermarket for a good price but was due a service which gave me the opportunity to try a mobile service from Cleevely. From the start, communication was excellent with a detailed description of the work to be carried out. The engineer arrived slightly earlier than planned but worked out better for me. Very thorough and professional work, comprehensive report, paid extra for the battery health check which has given me the confidence that the car is fit and healthy for another year.

Great company to use for EVs. Was well worth the 1h45 drive down to see them (their mobile service wasn't able to do what i needed). Really friendly team, very efficient in the way that they dealt with my car and they explained everything perfectly. Would definitely use again.

I took my EV to Cleevely having watched their videos online and met some of the team at Everything Electric in September last year. I knew there were some issues with my car, it needed a periodic service and I was braced for multiple suspension problems. Matt called me and we had a very informative chat about the problems and potential resolution. I approved everything they suggested. The total bill was way below what I was expecting, they had all parts in stock and also fitted 4 new tyres (mine were dying) and alignment. They communicate well, are friendly, efficient and inspire much confidence in this customer. A properly professional family run concern and I will be back!

Having used Cleevely Motors for many years, I recently had to visit the garage for some work on the car.

Matt and the team were professional, friendly and informative throughout the process and the work was finished within the advised time.

I would thoroughly recommend using Cleevely and they are happy to help regardless of the size of the work needed on your vehicle.

I had seen Cleevely recommended on the Nissan Leaf Facebook groups I'm a member of so I thought I would ask them to service my 2019 Nissan Leaf 40 Tekna. Darren did an absolutely thorough job, including an oil change which it desperately needed, and he also replaced the "lighter" socket for me. I will certainly ask Cleevely to do my services in future - main service next time.
(I had a new battery fitted the next day.)
