This company is fraudulent, I removed my daughter's.ic8n resume a few weeks ago and money was taken from my account without my permission, and I cannot cancel it? I'm going to go to court. What are these types of companies doing in the market?

Took passport photo, machine told me first photo was wrong. Second photo was fine. I mistakenly thought the code on the photo was for the passport office to download photo. I rang company, spoke to lovely helpful girl who advised me what I needed to do, I would use this company again

Unable to use the unique code on Gov.com so uploaded the passport picture - Gov.com said is was a poor picture and unable to use!

Took the money on card but then the screen went ‘Out of Order’ phoned the 01 number the shopping Center provided and left a message to call me back but the never did. Appalling service. Avoid..

Do not use Chatham clear hill booth if you want a digital ID code!
Due to poor connection couldn’t get the code so now have to get my photo done again

used a photo booth in lisburn mall to take passport photos of myself and my wife. Followed the guidlines and got the prints and a download code. Only after getting home did I notice my photo set said ICAO approved, but my wifes said NOT approved. there was no indication of this prior to taking the picture and no indication as to why it was not approved. I tried downloading the photos but it comes up with an error message for both sets. Tried scanning the photo to my computer but the quality is so poor that it would be a waste of time to submit it for a passport. All in all a waste of £12 and I will now have to go elsewhere to have proper quality photos taken. Definitely would not recommend these machines for passport photos - very disappointed.

ICAO approved photo does not have enough KB to be accepted by the Passport Office. Customer Service not open on Saturday to help. No info on website either. Complete waste of time and £6, and I need this photo urgently.

I had used a photo booth in Dublin city centre for an online passport application. However, it turned out the server was down so while I received my physical photos, it didn't include the code to allow me to upload my photos online...which I needed.

I phoned the Customer Services number & got through to someone immediately. I explained to her what had happened & she arranged for a refund which I received in a couple of days.

The rating is for the lady I was speaking to & who had helped with the issue. While the product didn't work, the Customer Service representative apologised for the inconvenience, was polite & very helpful.

Used one of the children’s rides and machine appeared to take payment on Apple Pay but did not work. Presumed payment not gone through so used cash. Later realised payment taken. Phoned the company and refunded

Used one of there machines for passport photos, wasted £18 trying to get approved pictures, kept getting shadows so pictures not approved, and when we finally got an approved picture, it wasn't accepted online as picture size and quality to small......
Complete waste of money....

Yes I had issues with my photos but luckily they have a good customer service team that sorted my refund within 2 days so can’t complain

Photo was blurry, didn't tell me it wasn't acceptable until after I had clicked print. Waste of money and time

I TOOK A PHOTO IN COVENTRY AND THERE WASNT AN OPTION OF WHAT PICTURE YOU WANT TO TAKE! THE PRICES ARE HIGH AND THE QALITY IS BAD! Please get me back because i want to file a complaint with more details

I took a pic half an hr ago in Harrow London. Got a message that due to a connection problem photo was not uploaded to server and not possible to generate a code to download the pic. Hence i didn't get an pic but yet the money was being taken ftom my bank account. Tried to ring customer service but no one picked up and it went to voicemail. Has just sent an email and waiting to hear back from them. One of the worst service . Its called stealing . Am disabled and now need to contact my bank. Such a big hassle now.
Today 16 dec no one has contacted me. No email and no phone call. Very dodgy company and untrustworthy. I wish i could leave no stars as very frustrating. U pay for nothing. Beware of them as they are not worth ur time and money.

After experiencing problems with one of the machines in Leeds I rang customer service and they got back to me immediately with a full refund .

I tried to get my id photo 6 times I tried and the machine was not working properly yet I have been charged £30 I want my money refunded as the machine was not working. Took the money out of my bank account £30 6 times I tried to use it . Damm con don't use these crap machines been intouch with my bank to get my money refunded and this transaction cancel ..

Circus bus in skelmersdale concourse centre is a waste of money. None of the interactive buttons work. Don’t bother paying

Photo Booth, give out unusable photos. Complete waste of £6. Do not use a Clearhill Photo Booth!

If I could give zero I would. Got driving licence photo's at Park Centre Belfast. They are so dark you cannot make my face out clearly and they cannot be used. £6 wasted. Avoid this booth at all costs.
