Great service and friendly staff
Great service and friendly staff. Super quick to get the rubbish removed so I could get on with my day. I’ll be booking again to remove some other items I have in c. 3 weeks. Would definitely recommend.

Uncommunicative
Booked through this company as they were recommended by the company I bought my new sofas from. Bad choice. I was given a window of 7am to 1pm pickup and was told by email that id get a text 30 mins before arrival. Come 12.50pm there was no contact whatsoever from the company and when I went to chase it up it was then I discovered you cant contact them by phone and also you cant webchat as the webchat doesn't appear to work. All you get is a form to fill in and when you'll get contacted God only knows. I booked pickup today as I have the delivery of the new sofas arriving tommorrow. When it went past 1pm I was concerned about a no show which would impact the delivery of the new furniture. So much so I and my neighbour moved the old sofas out of the house to my side driveway. I was just about to phone and make alternative arrangements with another remover when the van finally turned up. There was no text to inform me the van was on the way - nothing. All Clearabee want to do is take your money and thats the only thing they're fast and efficient at. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - FIND A MORE RELIABLE ONE you can actually get in contact with and not one that hides behind a screen. First and last time this company get any of my money
