Great sofa removal
Arranged for removal of sofa from second floor flat, booked and paid on line.
Two man team arrived on day chosen and dismantled sofa and moved it downstairs to van in 5 minutes.

Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs
Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs, never turned up when I paid for my chair to be collected, so a wasted day off. No customer service by the telephone support team as told lies about where the van was, turned up over an hour outside the allotted time slot.
So all in all 2 wasted days of my life I ain’t getting back. Look elsewhere to have your furniture collected

They didn't arrive on the day that had been arranged. No one contacted me to let me know. Live chat and call back request services that they state on website don't exist in reality. Avoid and use alternative provider. The most appalling service that I have paid for ever! One star is generous.

Collection of Furniture
The men came on time as I had requested, in the right size vehicle and they took all the heavy furniture as was specified. We could not have asked for more. They were very polite and worked in a quick and efficient way.
