Literally the worst company I have had…

Literally the worst company I have had to deal with in dentistry!!! ( and if you are a dentist you know there is serious competition) Think hard before you use this company. I own two dental practices at the moment. One is an established practice which used schick radiography. The other is a brand new squat. I have had the displeasure of working with clark dental for a around 20 years now, as there never seemed a reason to move away from schick. However schick is now outdated and we needed to invest in a new system. I decided to ignore my inner voice and instructed clark dental to give us some options for an upgrade. We went with CDR one pix and diagnocat - which actually seem like really impressive programmes. However.......on the the 1st attempt of integration they had not checked that our server was compatible, it wasn't and also needed upgrading. We had an afternoon of patients cancelled during the handover so we could train staff. What a waist of time and money!! So we then upgraded the server, booked another day for integration and training, and guess what, the training was cancelled and I still cant use my system, as apparently, James Elliot , the all star salesman, misquoted us and only signed us up to 4 computers when actually we needed 6. The support has been useless. Genuinely cant understand how this company exists.

Any managers reading this please look at the correspondence between our managers and james elliot to really understand how poor you have been.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
