CJ holes cirencester has been amazingly helpful to buy our house in Cirencester, mostly John was very helpful and supportive throughout the whole journey to get the keys on time. Really pleased and highly recommend CJ holes if anyone is up to buy house.

Have nothing bad to say about the agency as they have helped up with anything we needed throughout :)

No issues with the letting agents throughout my tenancy however I experienced rude customer service moving out of the property. After moving out and fully cleaning the property, I received a phone call stating that the property was left unclean and with broken appliances. The agent clearly hadn’t visited the property or looked at the moving in inventory and it seemed CJ Hole were trying to get me to pay a cleaning fee (which I’m sure they benefit from) as I stood my ground and the agent called back 10 minutes later saying they were mistaken.
Also took 2 weeks after moving to begin the deposit return process.

We had a great experience using CJ hole for the sale of our property. They were efficient, they would get in contact with us a lot, letting us know how things were going. Debbie was a big help and always seemed to go the extra step to help us push towards our sale.
If we were to move again we would definitely use CJ hole again and personally ask for Debbie!

We had an excellent experience with both Ben and Mike at C.J Hole. They were both professional and communicated with us at every stage of letting our property. They also found us a tenant within days of our property being listed. Very pleased with their service and shall definitely work with them again.

CJ Hole made the moving process very smooth and easy from my end. Really appreciate the time put into moving me in so quickly. Could do with a more personalised tenancy agreement as it was general and included clauses that were not relevant to me but overall a great company and experience.
