I have started shopping at Circle K on Owen Drive Fayetteville NC 29306 regularly now,
due to the
BEAUTIFUL Woman
{ Inside and Out BEAUTIFUL}
Cashier, Regrettably I did not look at her name tag, But I will Describe Her.
Shes a dark skinned Lady with long black hair and blue eyes also shes tall & thin, EVERYONE is tall to Me.
She speaks VERY Warm & Politely I wud say,
she holds a
Very Uplifting Personna about Her.
The kind of person who can make Your whole day turn around for the Best,
IF Your having a rough one her personality & kind words can brighten it thats for sure!
She and ALL Employees who stand out from the rest as She does,
shud ALWAYS be Complimented and

Lazy Worker

The cashier was seating in a chair trying to help customers with chips in one hand and a bowl of food on the counter.
Hair look like she just wake up and face dirty.
Moving slow and can't talk good because of the food.
I will not be stop be here anymore.

Ridiculous lack of support

No one at any gas stations ever knows how to validate gas coupons. And if you reach out; the CSR always just re-adds the coupon to your acct. But what’s the point, if no one knows how to validate it.

On Sunday I paid for gas

On Sunday I paid for gas. When I put the nozzle in the gas tank to put gas I pressed the button for reg gas and the pump was not working. I tried calling attendant from the pump but I wasn’t getting an answer. So I hung up the pump and went inside. Attendant stated I had not paid for gas. I assured her I did and she said nothing was showing. I left to another gas station to put gas. An hour later I see my account charged for the gas. Came back and now they stated I had to wait until the charge posted to get a refund. Today I spoke to manager and I told her what happened and she stated if the charge posted it was not their fault and on my banks end now because they had the charge go through. It is ridiculous how you never get the service and they are just down playing everything so you don’t get your money back. Circle K is a thief and their staff are trained not to help the customer. Be careful with this happening to you

customer service is the last thing on circle k's mind...

circle k maximizes their profits by tossing out any semblance of customer service. you walk in to get something (cigarettes, lottery tickets, whatever). there is no one at the counter at all - they are all off doing something else: restocking, texting on their cell phones, etc. so you have to wait until one of them finally decides to do their first job: taking care of the customer (you'd think it would be in their best interest because without paying customers they'll eventually be out of business).

App is a rip off and company's customer service are crooks

So, disappointed and will never use this business again. Sorry customer service and out and out false advertising in order to get me to down load their App. When questioned why I only received the.25 cents per gallon on gas twice instead of the 5 time's they falsely sent bogus receipts dated before I even got the App and I already got or used them!! Only problem is I have a 4x4 truck with two tanks and I think the amounts of savings on bogus fake receipts are quite comical considering I usually refill @30 gal and is even more proof that they aren't legit because the math is not even close to the BS amounts they claim I already have gotten. What else is this company hiding if, they falsely sent bogus receipts

When I visit the store late nights

When I visit the store late nights, the heavyset African cashier obviously has been smoking marijuana. The entire store reeked of marijuana, with loud, vulgar rap music blasting curse words. I had driven up, and she was openly smoking without a care that I could see her using drugs—wow! I also came in one late night and found the cops there; another customer said she had called them after passing out asleep. Yet she still works there??? It's a shame and a disgrace that management doesn't care! Store location 600 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga, TN 37415
P.S. It's been reported to management and nothing done about it!

The 40 CENTS per gallon gas off is a SCAM! That reduction does not even get them in the game! Don’t fall for it. I checked and it appears they raised prices TODAY to compensate for the discount up to 70 cents per gallon higher than our neighborhood gas station! They should get 0 stars and I will not be patronizing CIRCLE K any longer.

False advertising

On October 12, 2025, at Circle K store #2701722 located at 4791 N Dixie Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL 33064 (order number 1501724), I experienced an issue with employee conduct and inaccurate pricing. During my visit, a staff member named Aldaleny treated me very rudely and also stated she was not the manager. However, the 25oz Natural Light beer was clearly labeled as $2.00, but I was charged $2.69 each at checkout, which is incorrect. I am a regular customer and have never had this problem before. I request that this pricing issue be investigated and that appropriate action be taken regarding employee conduct and customer service.

Circle K - Avoid for Amazon Returns

Store is not trustworthy. Returned 2 identical amazon items, only to learn 4 hours later from Amazon that one was entered into the system. I returned to the store and the clerk acknowledged that there two pairs, but then refused to scan the second pair and refused to give me some form of receipt. When I asked him to correct the two pairs of shoes, he then said that they were not there.

Circle jerk- no wonder QT is better

I already wrote a complaint and they never seemed concerned enough about their customer base to actually look into issues and get back expeditiously. I see what many customers have experienced when they claim the customer service has gone down hill greatly.

I have applied four times now to circle K local companies here Myrtle Beach South Carolina however the process seems to be so complicated I continuously have to repeat the process of application online because of the complicated application process why is it so long and so confusing I really like to work for the company but it seems impossible just to get through the application process thank you
