Today i tried buying a slushie in bantry circle k and they wouldnt take my money they said the till doesnt work sp they didnt take my money while the till on the other side was working.

Worst coffee ever that's all stations ,tastes disgusting.

Went to use the hoover at the Bantry circle k,unfortunately the machine wasn't working properly..reported to agenese who I was told later was in charge..have a video of her...she dismissed me saying there is nothing she can do,even after checking it....every fuel station that I have been at has given your money back as I was told the fuel station reimburse the costumer and the company who owns the machines reimburse the fuel station....if that's the kind of person circle k leaves in charge then I won't ever use them again....if she is that desperate to keep the 2euros for herself I hope Karma comes back on her,as for circle k judging by the reviews they dont give a shit about their regular customers or any customers....

I am extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards at Circle K Kilcullen M9. On a recent visit, the ladies’ toilets were disgusting: some toilets hadn’t been flushed, there was no toilet paper, rubbish thrown around, and the overall condition was completely unacceptable.
This is not the first time I’ve encountered problems at this location — the McDonald’s fast food court has also been repeatedly dirty despite previous complaints. Other Circle K locations I have visited are generally clean and well-maintained, which makes this site’s repeated failures even more concerning.
Circle K’s response blamed a contracted cleaning company failing to show up over the weekend. While they explained the circumstances, they offered no acknowledgement, apology, or gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused to customers.
As a regular customer on this route, I expect basic hygiene standards to be met, especially at a busy motorway service area. The lack of accountability and failure to ensure clean facilities is unacceptable. I will think twice before stopping here again.
Other motorway service areas have clean, well-maintained facilities. Unfortunately, Circle K Kilcullen M9 repeatedly falls short.

They don't accept One 4 All Cards!
I felt like an idiot as my One 4 All card was not recognised by Circle K.
Thousands of people get One 4 All Cards at Christmas, but you can't use them in Circle K. So if you have a One 4 All Card, don't bother going to Circle K, you'll be left looking like a fool.

You tell me to get the app, get the app, get the app! Claim your reward! Finally I do get 'your app' and lo' and behold 0 'reward' of any kind. Just another simple scam to harvest my data. Uninstalled and won't ever use again. It's just another gas -station with yet another meaningless application to harvest your data and make money off of you. Apart from that their prices are not much different than anyone else's.

30th nov 2025 .I bought 2 washes and couple of days ago .1 to wash my car, which I did straight away.
The other for my wife's car ,which I usually do a couple of days later.
I came to circle k douglas yesterday to find the wash was not working .
The staff told me it might be fixed today.
But when I came today it was still broken. I told the staff and got no satisfaction. Told me that the jet wash was broken aswell (which it wasn't) and then told me my wash was expired, even when it was still in date till 12 tonight . And I was there yesterday. So they refused to give me the jet wash or a refund .
Basically told me to f off .
It was only a small thing so I didnt fight it.
Not a great company if this is how you treat your customers.

I pulled out $160 from the in store ATM and got a receipt and no cash. The attendant told me to call the number on the machine and indicated this problem happens often. The ATM company told me to call my bank to dispute. Circle K knows they have a faulty machine and does not service or replace it. I see now why they average 2 stars.

I bought three Flogas cylinders from Circle K Mulhuddart. The first and third worked fine, but the second was faulty and wouldn’t release gas.
When I returned with my receipt, staff refused to replace it, claiming it was “too old,” even though it’s unused and still full. Irish consumer law gives me six years to report a faulty product and assumes any fault found within 12 months existed at purchase — yet they ignored this and were rude and dismissive.

Extremely poor service.

Stay away from EV charger, I waiting one month for refund, I paid three times 25e prepaid and three times charger showed me error this is a joke.

I’d like to appreciate Sharon, an employee at Circle K, Balreask Old, Navan. She was extremely kind and helpful when I visited the store. I had some trouble finding a few items, and she went out of her way to assisted me with a friendly attitude and a smile. Her excellent customer service really made my experience pleasant. Thank you, Sharon, for being so helpful and kind!

Went to Circle K in Vicar's Road at Togher.
Just today, (at around 6pm/18th of September 2025) I arrived with my car as I heard that they were 20 cent off a litre for fuel.
As I heard, I arrived and ask a lady at the checkout if what they say is true that it's 20 cent off, and she said yes.
And so I top up fuel, as it was half full, but noticed how it's 42 euro on the screen....
So I went up to the person at the checkout, and she said "do you have the app on your phone?"
"what?" You need to be a member of Circle K in order to have 20c discount. What on earth of difference does it make???
Why can't we just pay that offer without signing up???
She didn't tell me that before I went and topped up the fuel.
Like she deliberately finished her sentence afterwards.
I was expecting an apology from her, of course she didn't.
She never even gave me a receipt.

Went to Circle K in Dun Laoghaire today.
Bought 2 cups of coffee. Worst coffee I ever tasted. Had to dump the lot. What a huge waste of money.

Terrible experience – avoid this place!
Be very careful with what you’re paying for, because today they tried to overcharge me by €3 more than the actual Diesel price. When I questioned the guy with glasses and told him I didn’t have anything extra, he was extremely rude. Only after I pushed back did he remove the extra charges, but he never once apologized. The attitude was shocking, completely unprofessional, and explains perfectly why this place has such a low Google rating. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

​"My experience at this Circle K location was very disappointing due to the unprofessional conduct of the assistant manager. While using the restroom, an employee identified as the assistant manager began knocking on the door after only seven minutes, claiming a customer had complained about the duration of my stay. This was despite the fact that the adjacent restroom stall was available for use. The situation escalated when she returned a minute later, yelling loudly about a blanket being on the door.
​I was embarrassed and felt my privacy was invaded. I believe the claim of a customer complaint was a misrepresentation, as any customer needing the restroom could have used the open stall. Furthermore, the restroom was in an unsanitary condition, with a broken meth pipe on the floor in the next stall, which I later learned had been there since 5 AM.
​While the assistant manager may be pleasant to customers in general, her handling of this situation was excessive and lacked professionalism. This incident demonstrates a need for further training in customer service and management, particularly in situations that require discretion and respect for a customer's privacy."

It was a very trashy experience.I was treated very rudely and I will do not receive the proper customer service nor product excellence that I have come to deserve as a consumer
